房間很大，住一家人沒問題。房間裏面可以直接看到海，老闆服務貼心周到，淡季的時候商量了一下還給我們延遲點退房

就這麼説，服務挺好，不是酒店類別就是個單身公寓，位置挺好，體驗感不好！單身公寓的綜合物業註定了讓很多的服務力不從心，首先電梯是個垃圾，大年三十2部電梯壞了一部，從20多層想下去，沒有半小時輪不到。一層平均8個房間，30多層一個單元，真的要命！住了2晚，提前把行李諾寶，避免第二天連電梯都上不去，我們北方人三十要吃餃子，大半夜的時候煤氣不管用了，刷牙都是冷水，第二天才知道，沒繳費要掃碼付費才會有煤氣，為了不破壞風水真不想罵人！房間挺大，格局位置也不錯，物業太差，連房東都在抱怨！公寓二期像爛尾樓一樣在那放着，北海整體體驗感不好，希望老闆生意興隆，服務還是很熱情很耐心的！
