小院環境確實很不錯，安靜又舒適。房間略小，好在佈置比較賞心悦目，精緻且小而美。巷子比較細長且單行道不是很方便，過年高峯期在小院的停車位比較緊張。但是民宿距離周圍商場開車十分鐘內到，適合淡季過來長住兩天以上～

春節期間來北海玩，剛來的時候老闆很熱情招待，服務態度很好，新裝修的民宿環境設施都很新，因為當時入住六點過後老闆介紹要租車説40一輛，我們砍價45兩老闆欣然接受，我們打心底感謝老闆覺得遇到好的老闆，與朋友還約定以後還來，入住第三天後打算續住，私底下問老闆多少錢給點便宜，老闆説350，我和朋友高興壞了，認為太值了，結果晚上和朋友手機查看民宿價格比我們更好的房間衹要264，並且租車價格也不在是40一輛，才得知我們被殺豬了，續住當天因為沒有及時給我們密碼，我們在大廳玩，等待給密碼老闆過來給了一會給了密碼一起玩了會麻將，玩了差不多半個小時實在是忍不住開口説價格不對，老闆狡辯説並沒有，平時都要三四百，我們拿出證據，老闆説退五十，但是我們並沒有説話，他最後説退七十，我們衹能無奈接受，其實就算退七十塊我們還是虧了，回到家幾日還是覺得要把這件事評論出來，不然難以忍下這口氣，還有難以忘懷兩件事，打掃衞生未敲門直接輸入密碼進門幸好我和朋友穿戴整齊，第二鬧出不愉快當晚老闆喝了一些酒有點口無遮攔評價河池很山和貴州窮，因為我和朋友是這兩個地方人，證據和環境均已曬圖（原來平時連兩百都不要哈哈哈還吹牛後麪隨時可以看對比），還是想要説一句出門在外不要相信任何一個人
