感謝前台小李的接待，跟北京的朋友約好一起來北海玩的，散散心，續住訂的三天兩晚雲海特色套房，跟前台小李説了我的房間需求之後，安排的房間非常好，我很喜歡，早餐的海鮮麪也十分不錯，是新鮮的，唯一的問題就是我續住的第二天，因為我一個人住，所以説就沒找人打掃衞生，第一天朋友帶着他弟來找我玩，把易耗品都拿去玩了，然後第二天因為沒打掃嘛，東西沒補，朋友的弟弟又説想要接着拿去玩。我就叫了服務員送東西過來，大概是下午6點20多，中間打了兩次電話，持續了快半個小時的東西都沒送過來，因為這個，我訂的專車也在樓下等了我十來分鐘了，我就走了，搞得答應我朋友弟弟的東西沒帶過去。弟弟直接在旁邊生悶氣，然後後面吃完飯坐飛機回北京了，搞得我尷尬的要死，那麼久沒見面，見面搞成這個樣子，國際的標準就是送東西15分鐘之內，沒有那麼久的，酒店的也跟我真誠的道歉了，不然按照我的性格衹能0.5分。

這是住過的性價比超高的一家公寓式酒店，二室一廳一衞一廚和對外陽台，酒店設施齊全且裝修較新，有冰箱、洗衣機、爐灶和燃氣熱水器，房間乾淨整潔衞生，毛巾浴巾床品也非常乾淨，房間內有一張大床和一張榻榻米床，腰不好可以睡榻榻米，住在這裡有一種住在家裡的感覺。酒店的位置極佳，酒店樓下10米就能到達海灘，酒店就在北岸金灘海上棧道入口處，酒店旁邊就是海洋公園，到北海老街東入口只有幾百米，到北海站也就5公里多，到哪裡去都很方便，是值得推薦的一家酒店，如果從網上買預售劵性價比更高。

酒店剛好在棧道旁邊，周邊吃飯還算方便，房間設施和視頻一樣，陽台對着大海，感覺挺舒服的，但早餐過於簡單，服務態度積極、熱情，還贈送一次接站服務，總體值得推薦！
