我們是來北海玩的，然後在那個黃先生Hugh管家的服務下，感覺非常的不錯，整個房間都很乾凈，然後打開窗户窗簾就能看到海，下樓幾分鐘就到海邊了，非常的美。酒店裡面有早餐，有洗衣機，有健身房，有游泳池，還有小童區，設施健全，這個體驗非常不錯。

酒店就在銀灘邊上，幾乎户户看海，房間乾淨整潔舒適，有一個大陽台，傍晚看彩霞滿天看落日入海美極了。設施完善還有洗衣房。特別感謝管家Hugh，從入住的上午就和我確定了時間，並把機場到酒店距離、早餐的時間、服務設施以及如何從小門刷卡進入銀灘圖文並茂的發到了手機上，頓時有了親切感。因為訂的上潿洲島的時間有點晚，還免費幫我延遲了退房時間，非常感謝管家Hugh。

帶寶寶過生日定的親子房，定完馬上管家Hugh就加了微信，還打了電話問了需求，得知孩子過生日，安排了生日蛋糕和氣球，很貼心！
酒店位置不錯，後門直接通銀灘，沙子很細適合孩子玩，酒店挖沙工具隨便玩，每日打掃房間的大姐也很好，非常熱心！特別説一下管家Hugh，有事情發微信有求必應，回覆很快！
酒店定外賣也很方便，小機器人會送到房間，孩子就等着給機器人開門，很有樂趣！下次再來北海還會定這個酒店！
