北海親子度假酒店天花板酒店位置很好，就在銀灘景區對面，每個房間都是有超大陽台的，可以看到大泳池和海邊，晚上的泳池更是漂亮，前台的服務非常周到，態度很好，尤其是對接我們的管家朱莉亞，幫我們協調了房間酒店的親子活動設施都挺不錯，還有免費的挖沙工具和泳圈可以借用，辦理入住的時候有行李生幫忙送行李，看到客人也會主動打招呼，服務很好！房間衞生有待加強。來北海的話還是會選擇住這家酒店。

入住第一晚空調就壞了，好在工作人員可以及時過來修理。入住的整體感覺就是總覺得差點什麼，細節不夠到位。早餐也比較一般，沒有什麼本地特色，西點的水平也比較一般。酒店給人的感覺就是網紅有餘而專業性不足，去萬豪吃了自助以後，走進萬豪的大堂就有點後悔沒有選萬豪了，不過泳池確實是比較大，當初也是因為這個訂的開元。

這次入住碧園開元度假村，去銀灘邊遊玩，我們和孩子身上和鞋上都粘到了油污，管家霍霍得知情況後第一時間給景區那邊打電話，景區答覆是事件還在調查當中，然後讓我們儘量去正門那邊的沙灘，之後管家霍霍還找了去油噴劑和小蘇打到幫我們處理，雖然沒完全處理乾淨，但是這份對待客人的認真我們感受到了酒店管家服務的專業，後面還給小朋友送了伴手禮安撫，解決問題的態度非常好！酒店配有小童泳池和小童樂園，下午茶雖然是免費的，但是種類可以再多一點，總體還是適合帶娃出行的！
