We are traveling as a couple this time, and we specially chose the Shangri-La Hotel, Beihai to stay in a sea view room from September 9th to 13th. The facilities are complete, the sanitary conditions are good, and the environment is very good. Put down your luggage, take a rest, and then walk from east to west on the sea plank road, take a walk to the sea, and feel very happy. The service level of the entire hotel is first-class. Whether it is management personnel or general employees, including doormen, they all greet you with smiles and whisper greetings when they come in and out. We went to the Chinese restaurant and the buffet restaurant for dinner twice, with rich dishes, excellent cooking, and thoughtful service. Especially the buffet breakfast, it is a visual and taste enjoyment. There was a girl with long braids who was very enthusiastic to see us and called us ”grandparents”, which made us feel very cordial. When we learned that our return flight was relatively early, we also prepared fruits and sandwiches for us to take to the airport to eat while waiting for the flight. Beihai Shangri-La Hotel is the sixth hotel we have stayed in over the years. We have to admit that the management level of Shangri-La Hotel Management Group is consistent and always online.

Great location near silver beach. About a 5 minute walk to get to the beach. The hotel is very clean. The room was comfortable. The first night felt cold and the next day the hotel staff brought a small heater to our room and that helped a lot. The service was great. The breakfast buffet was decent. My only complaint was the noise from all the families being loud in the hallways. Yelling, running, playing around without consideration towards other guests. The family above our room would be running and jumping around the room. Very easy to hear them all. Next time I will ask for a room on a quieter floor away from all the families.

Isle Beach Home was a pleasant surprise. The view and closeness to the ocean is the best part of the stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are of western hotel standards. The staff is attentive and friendly. They provide information about the island and also scooters for easy transportation. There is a restaurant on site with delicious food. It's also close to local seafood markets on the island. Another great part about the hotel is the infinity pool and deck. But there are a few things that detract from the overall greatness of the experience. The pool deck, although beautifully overlooking the ocean, is not set up for relaxing. The deck chairs are old and without cushions and there are no pool umbrellas to protect from the summer sun. And secondly, (this is not their fault or responsibility) the surrounding environment is the opposite of what the hotel promotes. The buildings and structures surrounding the hotel are unsafe and hazardous looking. But even with that, I would definitely stay her again.

This time I came to Weizhou Island and stayed for a few days. I found several hotels of the same price. Changfeng is the best in terms of service and accommodation conditions. The difference is very obvious. First of all, let's talk about the accommodation conditions. The hotel's intentions can be seen everywhere. The design is a single-family house. The location can see the bluest sea of ​​Weizhou Island. The room is very clean, the supporting facilities are quite complete, all the facilities are very new, and the vegetation in the courtyard is very dense in winter, which shows that it is often taken care of. Let's focus on the service. The hotel is full of young people, full of vitality and great attitude. Thanks to the island flower housekeeper for always reminding me of the precautions for travel, contacting the driver to pick up, adjusting the ferry time, weather forecast and other news; the front desk brother and the sister who helped me find glasses are super nice. You can see from the service details that everyone in Changfeng is doing service with heart instead of coping with work. Finally, I would like to mention the Chuyu Changfeng Restaurant. The portion is super large, the taste is also very good, and the price is cheaper than the restaurants in Nanwan Street Market.

Great hotel, room and view were amazing!!! Free pickup and drop off to the fairy Station. Room was super beautiful, spacy, and the view was stunning. You can rent a electric scooter at the front of the hotel and just stroll around the island. Recommend to go to Wucai Beach for the sunrise. One problem - breakfast time is only 8:00-9:30. Personally I think it's a very short period for a vacation hotel and ends quite early. Also, once some food ends - they don't refill, it's just over. Came in at 9:10 and many things were finished. Other than the breakfast issue, everything was really great. Had a wonderful weekend here :)

It was my first time to come to this hotel. I had a good impression. The price/performance ratio was very high and very affordable. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, and it was very close to the seaside. Xiao Li at the front desk was very kind and friendly and the service was excellent. I have eaten breakfast, Chinese food, and buffet in the hotel. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The Chinese food is plentiful and reasonably priced, but the waiters in the Chinese restaurant are not as enthusiastic as the front desk and appear to be slack. The buffet is okay. The good food stall on the left side of the north gate of the hotel is good, and it feels better than the internet celebrity restaurant Yuexiang Kitchen in Qiaogang Fengqing Street.

I stayed here when it was newly opened, but I never thought that it would change so much in ten years. The hotel is a manor-style small building with exquisite and unique structure, spacious rooms, high ceilings, no sense of oppression, and a large balcony outdoors, where it is very pleasant to watch the mountains and the sea and bask in the sun. Disadvantages: The room facilities lack maintenance, the wallpaper is bulging and has black spots, and it feels very shabby. The balcony wooden floor is old and rotten, and has not been updated and maintained in time. The balcony door is also seriously deformed and difficult to close. The building has a closed lobby management, but there is no welcome service and no ventilation. After entering, a moldy smell is pervasive and it is very unpleasant. Five-star location, five-star framework, five-star room rate, but there is no five-star service and five-star quality, which needs to be improved.

The room was clean and tidy, the whole design was full of natural atmosphere, the furniture was made of old wood, although it was a tropical seaside, but the entire hotel was very good at deworming. When we came, it rained for two days, and the children played in the indoor swimming pool. There is a sky garden behind the second floor, you can take pictures, walk is very convenient, really integrate the accommodation into the natural environment, also in line with the meaning of the hotel name. Breakfast is also OK, fruit, bag point, fried rice, fried rice, three kinds of vegetables, soy milk, two kinds of porridge, and rice noodles, children can also eat breakfast for free. Overall very satisfied.
