Location was amazing, I’m super happy I had room with mountains and lake view. People working there was friendly, a bit cold in room but it’s alright. Bed and bedding was super comfortable, I slept like a baby in clouds. Amazing building. I’m in love with this place. Looks like from fairytale

Nice hotel. OK. Good breakfast. There is a garden behind the hotel where you can see the sea of ​​clouds in the morning. The service attitude is very good. No extra charge when check-out time comes.

This hotel has a 200 year history, and the building and interior are very traditional Swiss and beautiful. The front desk staff and the manager were very kind and tried hard for the customers. The few temporary staff members had really bad attitudes towards the customers!

It was nice that the room had a balcony and we could see the sunrise and the mountains. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, but the number of buses is reduced at night, so I recommend checking in early. The room was clean and I really liked the mountain view. If I have the chance to come to Switzerland, I would like to stay here again!

The room was a cute pension-like room, and there was a shared terrace with the neighbors. It was great to eat and drink on the terrace! The food I bought at the supermarket tasted even better♪ If it's chilly, you can wrap yourself in the blanket in the room. The view was so beautiful, it was great. The room condition was good. It was clean. However, you can't drink alcohol, and if it's late, there's nothing to do around Bettenberg. If you say you like to sleep quietly, I recommend it, but no, if you want to hang out in a crowded place, go to Interlaken. Breakfast was also clean and good. I had a good rest.

The hotel provides a free public transportation card in the Interlaken area. Remember to ask the front desk for it when you check in. The hotel room is in the style of a primitive forest cabin. A hot water kettle is provided in the room. There is no hairdryer. You have to ask for a hairdryer from the front desk. The hotel does not provide slippers. There is no convenience store next to the hotel, so you need to buy what you need in Interlaken in advance and bring it with you. 🔻Smoking and drinking are not allowed in the hotel. Remember, if you are reported or caught, you will be fined 1,500 Swiss francs. The hotel's balcony is quite large, and the scenery outside the balcony is very beautiful. You can see the mountain peaks opposite. Compared to the hotels in Interlaken, the view is not only much wider, but the price is also cheaper.
