better check the weather before but the service was top notch despite the gym being a bare minimum. Breakfast was yummy but it was a cosy small room, would appreciate a fridge

Location was amazing, I’m super happy I had room with mountains and lake view. People working there was friendly, a bit cold in room but it’s alright. Bed and bedding was super comfortable, I slept like a baby in clouds. Amazing building. I’m in love with this place. Looks like from fairytale

The scenery is beautiful and more comfortable than the scenery and hotels at the bottom of the mountain. The hotel rooms are clean and organized, the staff are friendly, and the food in the restaurant is delicious. There is bus 101 from the train station directly to the hotel door, which takes about 25 minutes.

The view is good. Although it is a bit far from the city, there is a free bus and it only takes 10 to 20 minutes. The breakfast is not bad. The room is a bit small, but the heating is sufficient. OK, thank you

This hotel has a 200 year history, and the building and interior are very traditional Swiss and beautiful. The front desk staff and the manager were very kind and tried hard for the customers. The few temporary staff members had really bad attitudes towards the customers!

It was nice that the room had a balcony and we could see the sunrise and the mountains. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, but the number of buses is reduced at night, so I recommend checking in early. The room was clean and I really liked the mountain view. If I have the chance to come to Switzerland, I would like to stay here again!

The room was a cute pension-like room, and there was a shared terrace with the neighbors. It was great to eat and drink on the terrace! The food I bought at the supermarket tasted even better♪ If it's chilly, you can wrap yourself in the blanket in the room. The location is a bit of a downside, as it can only be reached by car or bus from Interlaken, but there were other good things, such as: ⚫︎There were several sections with great views along the way ⚫︎We were given a ticket to ride the bus for free on the way back (downbound) (it was helpful because we didn't have to call Uber), so overall I was satisfied◎ (!) I couldn't exchange money for Japanese yen at the hotel! But the receptionist was kind and helpful, and I was able to learn a lot of things♪
