From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome, thanks to Dani and Linda. Dani gave us a very humorous introduction and provided all informations we should know about our stay. Next we were blown away by the breathtaking mountain views from this hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Every room was clean and uniquely decorated with their heart (we booked 2 rooms for 4 adults). Breakfast was delicious with something special everyday not to mention the stunning view. Dani checks the weather in the morning and gave us great and helpful advise for us to plan our day. We also had a great time playing with Heidi their friendly fur baby! Will definitely stay here again!

Location was amazing, I’m super happy I had room with mountains and lake view. People working there was friendly, a bit cold in room but it’s alright. Bed and bedding was super comfortable, I slept like a baby in clouds. Amazing building. I’m in love with this place. Looks like from fairytale

The view from the room is superb, with lakes and mountains, and you can see the snow-capped mountains; the scenery on the way from Interlaken to the hotel is also excellent, which is a very good hotel choice for self-driving, and it is a highlight of this trip; if you are not driving, the hotel provides free up and down bus tickets; the hotel has a mini golf practice field, with distant mountains, nearby lakes and a full moon, which is a rare experience; the hotel has a self-service laundry room, and you pay 6 francs to get laundry detergent and washing machine and clothes dryer coins; the room is a duplex, relatively large; the ladies at the front desk are very friendly, and they are very patient in explaining when borrowing rackets and clubs. Of course, driving on mountain roads is a bit of a test of skills; except for the high price, everything else is very good.

The room was very satisfactory. We booked a triple room on the top floor with a bed for each person. It also had a fully equipped kitchen and a small refrigerator. Vlad was very enthusiastic. We discussed in advance to store our luggage to go to the first mountain, which was very convenient for us. The hotel window can directly see the snow-capped mountains opposite. The weather is good and the view is better when you go out in the morning. He also provided us with a lot of travel guides, which was very good compared to the recommendations on Xiaohongshu. The people working in the hotel are great, they are very friendly and helpful! The room in general is very clean, but the hotel has many flies flying around, especially during breakfast, there are many flies just lying on the bread and also flying around our food. Location from the hotel to city center is around 20~30 minutes walk, and there is a bus passing by the hotel every 20~30 minutes as well, for us it is alright, but we need to check the schedule to make sure we don't miss the bus, otherwise we will need to wait another 30 minutes for next bus or just walk to the city center.

The bed is a bit small, and then there will be noise as soon as there is movement, others are good, the staff is very nice, the breakfast meal is quite rich

The best hotel I stayed in during my self-driving tour in Switzerland. First of all, the hotel is very, very, very beautiful. Secondly, it takes less than 15 minutes to walk to Interlaken West Station, Chinese restaurants and hot pot restaurants, and the central shopping street. Thirdly, the service is very, very good. The lady at the front desk introduced herself as Italian, so she used Google Translate on the iMac computer at the front desk to explain the check-in instructions to us in detail: there is an elevator to go up and down the stairs 🛗 There is afternoon tea (including coffee, drinks and desserts) from 2pm to 6pm. If you return late at night, you need to use the room card to open the hotel door. Free tourist bus tickets were given, etc. It was very detailed and nice. The room has a pleasant view, the small balcony is very elegant, and the facilities are also very new and modern. There are hair dryers, kettles, disposable mouthwash cups, and enough bath towels.
