I stayed here the night before my flight from Penang Airport the next morning. It takes about 20-25 minutes on foot from the airport, so I think this is probably the closest hotel to the airport. I didn't use the restaurant or breakfast, so I don't know, but the room was clean and neat. There were all kinds of amenities, such as free mineral water, tea, coffee, electric kettle, iron, ironing board, slippers, and a safe. There was no hair dryer, but you may be able to borrow one at the front desk. Of course, Wi-Fi is also free. I was able to enjoy movies and music on the large TV, and the hotel also has a pool, so I recommend this hotel as it gives you a little resort feeling. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Clean and spacious room and toilet. It is very nice if the hotel provide slipper in the room since there was no carpet.
