We stayed for 3 nights but on the 2nd day there were issue with electricity going out during the day. We were left without hot water thru the last night and on the checkout day. Our room was also not made up by housekeeping when the electricity went out. When we called for the room to finally be cleaned, we were short of towels 🥲 We felt a biti disappointed because our stay was really affected by all the inconvenience. We asked for late checkout in hope that we can get warm shower by the next day but it was so hard to even convince the reception why we shud get late checkout. They finally agreed to give us late checkout which we appreciate, but yea feel a bit let down by the experience.

Excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, service was superb, and the location was convenient. Amenities were excellent, and I really appreciated the water gallon provided in the room, very practical and eco-friendly. Highly recommended for business travellers.

The room was nice and close to the airport. There was a good Chinese restaurant downstairs. It was delicious and not expensive. It took about 10 minutes to get to the airport by taxi. It was very convenient to catch my 6am flight to Kota Kinabalu.
