Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando at Seaworld

Perfect man, really impressive stop at Orlando, there's a pharmacy close to the hotel

Check in 07/27 Check out 07/28 Good hotel except for one thing. I was charged after checkout. And that was a surprise. 07/30/2025 I found out that I was charged for parking. But why didn't anyone warn me about this before check-in? I checked the website I booked through and there was no such information there either. I didn't approve of it and didn't even know that parking was paid. New!!! Yesterday 07/31/25 I stayed at the Staybridge Suites Orlando at Seaworld by IHG. It's the building next door. For the same price as the Hampton Inn, I got first-class service. It was a suite with a full kitchen. It was spotlessly clean. Parking and breakfast included. Plus, they asked me several times if I was happy with everything because every guest is so important to them. It makes a big difference.

I normally do not complain and only write positive reviews. However, I cannot honestly do that for this Hampton where I booked two rooms for two nights. We were getting off a cruise ship and I phoned the hotel at 9:00 am asking for an early check-in at noon for one room as we had a 3 year old who would be needing a nap and out of the sun. I was told it would cost $20 which I said was no problem. When we arrived at noon, I was told the room was not ready and she could not give me a time when it would be. After going to lunch, I phoned (approx. 1:45) and was told again that the room was not ready and would text me when it was ready. We then went to the outlets with a cranky young lady. At 3:00 I received a text that the room was ready. Check-in is at 4:00. I have worked in hotels and could not understand why the clerk couldn't ask housekeeping at 9:00 am to get a room ready for us. Next, were not told that there is no daily housekeeping. We returned the next evening after a day at Sea World to no clean towels and trash overflowing in small wastebaskets. When called front desk for towels, were told to come down and get them. Pool water was very cloudy and we were never told front desk had pool towels. Breakfast ends at 9:00 am. After a long day at Sea World, we all slept until 9:30 the next morning. I went to desk and asked if I could buy a box of cereal from the breakfast and was told no. Ended up paying $9 for a poptart and small container of milk. I may have missed this on the website but was charged $12/day for parking. I will never stay at a Hampton again.

Great hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and never any trouble getting a table to eat at. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.
