Went there for the first time with friends. To be honest, I didn't expect there would be such a beautiful hotel in the mountains near Batumi! Georgia on one side, Turkey on the second side, and the sea in the middle! The scenery is so beautiful!
I really liked their indoor pool and Turkish massage, and I relaxed with friends in the evening!
I am really looking forward to going there again next time!

We were there and wanted to use the spa area. The jacuzzi was broken and wouldn't heat up. The hotel has major problems with humidity, especially in the spa area, with condensation drops on the walls, mirrors, etc. I saw somewhere that this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel... the view is fantastic and the building is really not bad... but I would never give the hotel 5 stars...

The worst service, half of what they offer is a lie . For example: one restaurant instead of two, jazz bar (you can only rent for big private events) champagne cloud bar ( closed) bowling (they are advertising but its not open) pools, it’s freezing water they don’t warm it nor clean it. Hot tub is a germ pool you can see dirt floating. The only restaurant where you can eat - the food will come minimum 2 hours late plus. The staff are completely incompetent. Rooms: broken door in one, dirty yellow water for days, but it’s ok. They said they had technical issue. Black water coming up in the toilet. Avoid this place at all cost. It has a nice view but everything else is a joke. Be smart and don’t waste your money in this place.

The room was clean but not the pool and surrounding. Service was bad, staff wasn’t paying attention to guests and how clean was the standing of the pool. Most of the time towels were missing. The bar by the pool looked like abandoned. Overall price and quality wasn’t matching.

В целом отель очень красивый, чистый.Расположение чуть далековато от моря, никаких трансферов нет до пляжа. Персонал невнимательный.В ресторане очень долгое обслуживание!!! Питание хорошее. В целом с сервисом проблема, но хотелось бы выделить Лизу на ресепшне и Лану в ресторане благодаря им мой отдых удался. Инфраструкрара отличная! Ресторан- обслуживание 3* Сервис в номере 3* Персонал не отвечал на русском языке. Gaifina Tatyana.

wonderful hotel/resort with full of amazing people. Since the moment we just arrived to the place (the road up to the hill itself is a huge experience) we immediately felt like home. The check-in went fast, the room was the upgraded one, something beautiful, and especially the view from there was breath-taking. We also enjoyed the private cinema, the wellness section with swimming pool, saunas, jacuzzi, and Jumal's massage (worth every penny). Ana was also fantastic, and helpful during our trip. She was always there for us and her kindness and professionalism is just what every supervisor would like to see and have at work. The Ala cart was also great. Amazing chacha (don't miss it) and the breakfast (everybody will find their choices) We had all-over wonderful experience. Definitely going back again soon. Thank you Litz crew!!!!
