there is no pool, spa, breakfast was every morning the same, very noisy from the street. good location. near sea, on city. friendly staff, the reception is not very communicative. WIFI not good. TV shows many russian channels.

Such poor service for such a fancy place. The doof doof music coming from the bar below echoed into my room on the third floor. One thing you expect from a hotel is a quite room to sleep in. The staff were totally unhelpful. You can find better in Batumi. I'm not sure how they can call themselves a four star hotel tbh.

The hotel, in general, is quite nice with large rooms and bathrooms, and it offers a good breakfast. However, there were a couple of drawbacks during my stay: Wifi: The internet connection was very poor on both the 5th and 6th floors. If you are on a business trip and need a reliable internet connection to work at the hotel, I don't recommend Era Palace. Equipment: The TV in the room was very old and lacked modern features like Netflix and YouTube. Casting from my laptop was not possible as well. The other equipment in the room, such as the hairdryer and water boiler, also seemed outdated. On a previous visit, I had stayed in a standard room, and this time I opted for a semi-luxury room. I found that there was no significant difference between the two room types. It felt like I wasted extra money on the semi-luxury room.

Отдыхали в июле 2022, отель очень понравился, расположен в 7 минутах от моря, в 15 минутах от центра, всё чисто и аккуратно. В номере есть кондиционер, работает, отличный интернет, все принадлежности, включая тапочки, халаты, фен. Уборка ежедневно, смена белья раз в 3 дня, без проблем пополняют воду и все необходимое. Персонал приветливый, при заселении и выезде помогли с вещами(спасибо, Зураб!). Остались довольны.
