Это просто ужас, кошмар. Перечень недостатков будет немаленьким: 1. В этом отеле работает персонал, ненавидящий русскоговорящих людей(не хочу связывать это с политикой, но факт остается фактом), даже самый младший персонал будет вас обсуждать с менеджментом и относится предвзято. 2. Только вышли с лифта еще не отойдя от шока увиденного номера, который они называют семейным люксом, а на самом деле это ужас размером в 25 кв с таким смрадом, что в обморок упасть можно и тут слышим как менеджер обсуждает с горничной нас, со словами : на этих русаков смотри, им еще что-то не нравится здесь, типа совсем офигели, но они не ожидали получить оборотку на грузинском языке от нас. Вот такие они гостеприимные с теми людьми, кто им зарплаты приносит!! НЕСЛЫХАННОЕ ХАМСТВО!!! 3. Если вы поедете с детьми будьте готовы, что семейный люкс с балконом 1кв.м, где еле помещается один человек. Моря с этого балкона практически не видно. Очень старый обшарпанный ремонт, с протертым изгаженным ковролином. В душе вода не проходит, плавает чья-то волосня. 4. А ваших детей положат в прихожей 4 кв.м практически друг на друга. Нормальные люди, даже животных не будут содержать в таких условиях , кровати будут собирать на ваших глазах, да и бог с ним, что вы с длительной дороги , устали и т.д их это не волнует, мы же русскоговорящие 🤦♂️. На высказанные претензии вам ответят ничем помочь не можем, номер другой категории, который на самом деле мы бронировали освободиться через двое суток, перебейтесь пока как-то. 5. Хорошо хоть деньги вернули( тут сыграло большую роль двойное гражданство наверное и знание грузинского языка), а то могли и так отправить. Вообщем если хотите испортить себе отдых , милости просим в колизей Батуми, да и старайтесь не говорить с персоналом отеля на Русском иначе к вам отнесутся как к …. А может и ….

The hotel rooms is large but the maintenance was terrible. peeling off walls. a spring pop out from the mattress. In front of the rooms door mattress is stored. . Hard pillows only. One person at the reception Not always there. not more than 3 stars hotel at this status. Brand new ******. Might be that all the funds went to finance on account on the hotel.
