Nice clean hotel. The view is nothing major to talk about, from one corner room you can partially see the sea and from the other, you can see the sports stadium. The location is decent, you can walk down to the seafront. Old town is about 5-10 min by cab or walking about 30-40 mins (depending on where you want to go) Breakfast has a decent spread, and covers for vegetarians too. I was quite disappointed with the room service, while the rooms were cleaned they threw away my medical cream which was kept on the sink. Not sure why someone would do that. On calling the front desk they said they would check and get back to me which no one did. And later on, inquiring in person once again the person just said it was thrown away.. no apology nothing.. When asked for an iron and ironing board did not show up for 20 plus minutes and had to call once again. TV was not working and 10 minutes of trying from one staff then calling another one took some 30 mins to fix which should have been working in the first place. Overall was definitely not 4-star service. 3 or 2 maybe.

I really liked it! Clean, modern, daily cleaning. Bath products were replenished daily, drinking water was brought. The staff is unobtrusive, but I really like it, but they were always ready to help with any requests. Didi madloba 🙏

i had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff was rude,unfriendly, unhelpfully and Unprofessional staff. The room was uncomfortable , the service was poor and certainly not clean .I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank u

We booked 2 rooms in the hotel, we were accommodated in apartments. The Internet did not work. The pool is very small. My child touched the lamp in the pool and it came off. Instead of screwing the lamp back in, they charged us a fine of 250 GEL!!! Even the repairman himself said that the lamp was not broken and it only needed to be screwed back in, but the manager did not agree to return the fine we paid!!!

Horrible hotel!!! People, don't come here. Disgusting and absolutely indifferent staff, the hotel is dirty, uncomfortable, the walls are dirty, there is mold in the bathroom, there are constant scandals at the reception. A ruined vacation and money wasted. There is construction around the hotel, devastation all around. Just a nightmare. A very small pool overlooking a garbage dump, literally a couple of sun loungers around. The entrance to the pool is through the smoking room, where there is a constant wild stench of cigarettes. The sauna is located in the gym, where strangers go. The gym is dirty, each bathroom smells of mold, the boards in the sauna itself are long overdue for replacement. Don't believe the photo. What 4 stars are there??? There is no sign of them here
