Nice hotel, with nice view, Hotel have good location, Everything is near shopping mall, restaurants, clean room, with good and delicious breakfast. Guys in the reception so kind, helpful and positive, girls two Mariam thank you for your help... hope I will come back soon.

first of all, this is very beautiful place to stay. the view and the location was very good. I need to thank receptionists for their warm service Marita and Mariam. And of course the Supervisor Giorgi for his help. Big reccomendation to this place.

Overall, the experience was quite positive, rooms are well-equipped, good soundproofing, but don't expect high service at this hotel. On the negative side, each room is connected with a separate WIFI and if there is a problem with the router (as happened to us), even a lot of efforts at the reception were unable to solve it.

I must mention Marita and Amine from the hotel reception—they were very kind and provided excellent service. Overall, our stay was quite good. There is no pool or spa in the hotel, which was a bit disappointing, but the neighboring hotel, which has a connecting door, offers an indoor pool and spa services. The breakfast was also served in that hotel, following the same setup of walking through the connecting door. The staff there was also wonderful. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was weak, so if you experience this issue, I recommend informing one of the staff members immediately. Aside from that, we had a great time!
