We stayed at the hotel for 10 days in early August 2024. The deluxe room is very spacious, but the cleaning quality can be rated 1 out of 5, the plumbing was never washed during 10 days, vacuuming was done only after a complaint, they constantly forgot to put bathroom accessories, a foot towel, toilet paper. Cleaning consisted only of changing the main towels and making the bed, taking out the trash. For several days, they did not clean at all. Even when there was a sign on the door handle "please, clean my room". It is worth adding that there is no heated towel rail in the room and you can't dry your clothes or towels properly on the balcony either. Breakfasts can be rated 2 out of 5, you won't leave hungry, but everything will be extremely monotonous and cold, even if you come at the beginning of breakfast (8:00-10:30). Breakfasts practically did not differ in the variety of dishes during the entire 10 days of stay at the hotel. However, the big plus was a very large, cozy, comfortable room with an excellent king-size bed, a wonderful powerful air conditioner and a good view of the sea with a balcony. Also, an integral plus of the hotel is its convenient location relative to the sea and the nearest city attractions. Everything is within walking distance, including exchange offices and necessary shops. The staff is not rude, but does not provide high service, the feeling that your stay is indifferent to them. The hotel, in general, can be rated 3 out of 5. In case this hotel has an adequate price or a special offer, it can be considered as a relatively convenient option for a seaside holiday.
