You can only love this place, we even extended our stay as we were enjoying the place and the room. A lot of attention to details, great decorations.The owners were wonderful hosts, gave us plenty of tips, super helpful! Our son did not want to leave….playstation, hockey table etc! Cafe/bar is the perfect place for sunset drinks and breathtaking views. We can only recommend Kartuli :)

The service is great and the rooms are fantastic! Only complaint is the ongoing construction with the mess that comes with that. The hotel is also difficult to find for the first time as there is no signage. When you arrive at the address, the building seems completely vacant and under construction. Walk around the back of the building (to the left side, when facing the front of the building) and the working building entrance is in the back. Still no signage to indicate you’ve arrive. Go to the 37th floor. Still no signage when you get off the elevator. Hunt around for the check-in office 🤷🏻♀️ once you’re there, you’re golden! Great food and coffee in their cafe too!

Мы остановились тут на ночь. Визуально симпатично для Грузии. Номер выбирали из двух выбрали самый простой - он он был чище. Из плюсов косметика хорошей фирмы в номере. Из минусов отсутсвует чайник, тесно проходить мимо кровати. Кровать очень высокая и матрас на ней не самый удобный мы очень плохо спали ( в сравнении в орби сити мы сменили пару апартов и в обоих было уютнее и кровати были лучше -отдых был полноценным). В целом от отеля хаотичное ощущение во всем. Нет ощущения четкой и продуманной качественной истории. Очень страшно, что ребенок ночью упадет ( грудничок). Но самое печальное это менеджмент и сервис. В этом отеле мы также пользовались кафе. Но тут отельеры перепутали гостиничное кафе с собственной кухней. Правила посещения кафе не доступны нигде кроме их аккаунта в соцсети ( не отеля а именно кафе) правила меняются на ходу, вам могут отказать в посещении при том то вы постоянный клиент кафе и при том что в лобби Beach tower на первом этаже стоит их баннер , приглашающий вас зайти к ним в кафе и в спа! Отношение к клиентам тоже не равное, вам могут сделать замечание за что например местным его не сделают. Цена не равно и примерно качеству. Не рекомендую данное место для посещения и отдыха. Сравниваю с тем же новотель в трабзон. Ценник близкий, а вот качество сервиса сильно отличается.

А когда довелось познакомиться с Руководителем Юлией, мы поняли почему в кафе ТАКАЯ приятная атмосфера 🙏❤️💪 Нам всё понравилось! 🤩❤️🌍

The hotel was very funky. Conveniently located. 12 mins from the airport. Amazing view. High speed internet connection. The highlight of our trip were the electric mopeds that was offered free to house guests. Got to places quick and had fun along the way. Impressive breakfast view with stunning sea and city views. Clean and Comfortable.

Спасибо огромное отелю Kartuli за прекрасный приём! Стильные, уютные номера просто с потрясающим видом!! Лучше не придумать! Сидишь в гамаке прямо как будто в море)) Очень удобная кровать и подушки. Качественное постельное белье. Приятнейшие люди. В общем, от души рекомендуем! Пляж прямо через дорогу. Торговый центр - в минуте ходьбы. Поэтому вариант для остановки в Батуми - чудесный.
