I stayed in this hotel on my first night in Batumi. I came here by train from Tbilisi, and it only cost more than 6 yuan to take a taxi from the train station to the hotel. The hotel is in a great location, right in the old town streets. Although the room is not big, it is very clean and has a small balcony. The most surprising thing is the breakfast arrangement. Unlike many hotels where you have to pick it up yourself, the boss lady personally arranged the number of guests at each table in advance. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you can sit down at a table and eat. The dishes are Very rich and sufficient, I couldn't finish it at all. This service exceeded my expectations. Thumbs up 👍🏻

Это заведение не имеет права называться отелем и присваивать себе стус четыре звезды. Ужасный,старый,грязный номерной фонд. Номерной фонд не просто уставший,а уже давно умерший. Комфорт и сервис это и про настроение,и про впечатления .В этом заведении ( не поворачивается язык назвать его отелем) ни комфорта,ни сервиса. Их нет от слова совсем.Не рекомендую !!! Ваши впечатления о Батуми будут испорчены. Предложение закрыть этот «отель»,а лучше снести !!!

Отличный отель в очень удобном местоположении,все развлечения рядом,а это не менее важно для туриста. Номера чистые,уборка и смена полотенец каждый день,есть балкончик Вкусные завтраки , внимательный персонал. Рекомендую!! 10 из 10

Просто отличный отель! Выше всех похвал! Отдыхали семьей раньше в Турции в отелях и 4 и 5 звезд. Честно? Ну вот никакой разницы. Чистота в номере, каждый день уборка, смена полотенец, смена постельного белья. Три раза меняли одноразовые тапочки. Каждые два дня ставили новый гель для душа и шампунь. Все очень приветливые. Отличное расположение отеля, все рядом, куда не пойди всегда вернешься к отелю. Мы жили в семейном номере и он у нас выходил на внутренний двор, у нас была тишина. Наши друзья жили вдвоем, у них номер выходил на улицу, да, было временами шумно. Но это мелочь. Мы приехали отдыхать, пить вино, вкусно есть, смотреть на красивую грузинскую природу, а не зацикливаться и искать какие-то недостатки. Еще раз выражаю благодарность всему руководству отеля!! Beware!!! Our experience at the Aristocrat Hotel in Batumi was beyond dreadful. When we first entered our room, we were horrified to find a cockroach crawling around, and the bathroom facilities were completely broken. We requested a room change, only to discover a blood stain on the sheets in the new room and a shower that was broken. The rooms look absolutely nothing like the photos online; it was shocking. The service was abysmal, and the staff was incredibly unhelpful. The hotel manager was rude deceitful, promising a refund that was never delivered. Do not come near this place under any circumstances!

Great hotel! I really liked it)) Friendly, pleasant and attentive staff. I had a room with a view of the city, beautiful old Batumi with narrow streets) For wine lovers there is a great wine shop nearby. And the hotel has a very welcoming and kind owner! Huge thanks from me!! I will be happy to come back again)))
