Great place for a few nights, I got a quiet floor, so there was a minimum of noise, slept great.
All furniture is new, clean, cleaning is 5+
Good curtains, enough sockets and good wi-fi speed
Cons: next to the complex there is an amusement park and a night club, so in the evenings it is quite noisy, but if the doors are closed - then it is barely noticeable. My room was in the middle of the floor.

What the owner failed to mention is that there is a huge metal construction obstructing the ocean view from the balcony. This omission feels unfair and dishonest. Additionally, after staying in other apartments within the same three massive Orbi buildings, I can confidently say that this one is overpriced compared to identical apartments. It was definitely not worth it, and I will never lease this room again.
