Our experience was not good at this hotel.
We booked top category room
Swimming pool was not operational. We specially booked this hotel due to Swimming pool only.
Poor housekeeping service.
Every time you need water, you need to call them 3-4 times.

Если ваша цель хорошо отдохнуть и расслабиться не рекомендую отель. Стоимость я считаю не соответствует качеству. Номер грязный, мебель в ванной испорчена от сырости, двери на балкон сломана.заменить номер на аналогичный не смогли, предложили за эту же стоимость номер меньше с видом на шиномонтаж🤣у нас в забронированном номере вид на море. Соответственно решили смириться с минусами и жить в номере с недочетами. Далее столкнулась с ситуацией что персонал не обучен общению с клиентами. Отдыхали на бассейне, подошел сотрудник, без спроса не сказав ничего просто закрыл зонт, на мою просьбу не делать этого сказал, что его это не волнует, закрыл и ушел, имя называть отказался🤣сказал зовут «никак».сервис топ🤣через 10 минут пришел и открыл не говоря ничего. Из плюсов неплохое расположение, море близко, торговый центр тоже.

Месторасположение в часе ходьбы от старого города. Сами апартаменты неплохие, есть стиральная машина и плита, но нет ни гладильной доски, ни сушки для белья, ни микроволновки. Убираются отвратительно, приходится просить уборку номера по 4 раза за день, уборка при этом выглядит как на фото. Администраторы на ресепшен не отвечают на звонки из номера,и не выполняют просьбы с первого раза.

This is the most terrible hotel I have ever been. it does not deserve to be called a hotel - they know nothing about service, the hotel is super dirty, the elevators are small and you have to spend 1/3 of your trip waiting for the elevators. The swimming pool is especially dirty, avoid swimming there. You can find better places in batumi at cheaper prices. Avoid staying here

I loved the rooms and its amenities, the food was good and they had great coffee. The hotel was clean and nice with a close by location to a nice mall that you could walk to and is 5 mins away by var to the Grand mall, it's near the black sea as well with walking distance!! My only complaint is the slow service and elevor that takes over 20 mins to come to you and stops in every floor until it's full to go down to the lobby. Imagine all 28 floors using one elevator, it was hectic.

This wasn’t the hotel hotel that I was looking for. The breakfast ist not that good and the costumer service is not as good as I expected to be. and it’s far away from the city and the moment we got our room they forgot to even close the heater 😡 This hotel doesn’t deserve 5 star at all. 1- very mid breakfast and the options will ran out as soon as possible and the refill of the foods are slow. 2-the tv has 139 channels that only 5-9 of them are working properly. At the last when we checked out we went to the pool side but the workers didn’t let us go in the pool because we checked out before. we just wanted to swim for 15-30 minutes and after we had to go to somewhere else. In my opinion very bad experience and expensive not worth it at all. Think about other options

Very bad service The hotel is not loyal, the reception staff are rude The room is not bad, they clean it every other time, there are no disposable items in the room at all, no bathrobes. In the spa the administrator is an adult woman, rude, raises her voice like at home
