The location is great, and I especially loved the view from the balcony – absolutely beautiful! Excellent hotel in the very heart of Batumi. Large rooms, good breakfast, attentive staff. Cleaning is a "C" - in the bathroom there is a lot of hair from previous guests. Everything else is excellent!

The location of the hotel is good. There is no service at all, they don't even say hello at the reception.
The room was spacious, but the door to the balcony did not close, we had to call a technician who fixed it, as a result we could not open the window for ventilation. They could not provide us with another room.
