I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! They made my birthday extra special by welcoming me with complimentary wine, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The location is great, and I especially loved the view from the balcony – absolutely beautiful! Excellent hotel in the very heart of Batumi. Large rooms, good breakfast, attentive staff. Cleaning is a "C" - in the bathroom there is a lot of hair from previous guests. Everything else is excellent!
