The location and service are terrible and I do not recommend it at all. I booked through Tripadvisor for a place but they cost about $90 and I chose to stay but they transferred me to this very bad hotel. I will not book through it again.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to Piazza Square, Europe Square, and the beach. The room was clean enough, neither excellent nor bad. There was no breakfast because we had a reservation through Booking. I think it's a value-for-money hotel. Cafe Adjara is across the street. It was a recommended restaurant.

We stayed at the end of April - beginning of May, just at the beginning of the May holidays. We were pleased that there were almost no guests, either in the hotel or in the city. We paid an extra 50 GEL for early check-in. Of the advantages, I can highlight the location: in the historical center, surrounded by 19th century architecture, cafes, restaurants. Within walking distance of the Nikora supermarket. That's where the pros end ... Now about the cons: 1. No heating, the air conditioner does not dry, and does not warm, not at all. In the spring, it was cool for us, and in some places cold. 2. There were no breakfasts. We understand that most likely we got there out of season, but I have to tell you about it. 3. A large number of Thai massage parlors around the hotel, literally in the house opposite, which disguise themselves as ordinary massage parlors, but in fact, most likely provide additional services. After sunset, crowds of visitors wander to these establishments. 4. An employee who suddenly forgot Russian, and spoke to us in English on principle. It wasn't difficult for us, but the fact itself is off-putting.
