Batu Sub-District Hotels with Wi-Fi

The front desk staff is not customer-friendly and appeared very grudgy when told that the room access card was faulty as it did not work when I tried to scan it inside the elevator to access to my room floor. Instead of exploring what could be the issue, the staff simply told me to use the other elevator instead. When I asked her if I would face the same problem accessing my room with the card, she got annoyed and told me off that the system indicated its OK. Although it was a bad experience during check in, we were impressed with the food spread offered for breakfast. Love the food varieties and the charming set up in the restaurant overlooking the mountains.

Location: I booked 2 rooms triple bed, the hotel location is near the loading museum, the hotel is on the hill so you can enjoy the valley view. Right left of the hotel there are only a few pedestrian shops that sell by stone antiques, no mini market or repast around the hotel. The parking area is very large, you can park in front of our room. Room: so open the room door, separate the smoking area room and non-smoking room area, don't mix! The pool is quite large, there is a special children's pool and separate from the adult pool, but unfortunately, many guests wear ordinary clothes in the pool (not swimming suits), the hotel should have put the officers who choose not just Small writing and hanged on the changing room shutter. Resto: the menu has many choices, but a pity of food taste 1, the staff at the restaurant was very helpful when my parents ordered a vegetarian menu for his breakfast. If booking through agoda, etc then we have to pay again if we want to go into the outbound facilities such as waterpark, fruit drops, photo spot. If I ask if I will book to this hotel again, frankly I will order at another hotel. I'm very disappointed with the smoke of cigarettes everywhere, the maximum hot water doesn't even feel in the morning, the unpleasant breakfast.

Stayed here during long week end season, check in time already late compare to other hotel, 3 PM, and the room is not even ready yet while check out is strictly 12 PM. Asked for exact time to check in and they can’t even give answer and suggest to write the complain in the web review so the manager will trust her (which quite weird for me). We finally checked in around 3.34 PM. Hotel looks new, only 27 rooms, each rooms is one mini house and only available with 1 bed, no twin bed available. Toilet sink smell and there was mold already in toilet ceiling. No swimming pool, kids area available in the lobby (mini sand play area and some board game). Parking lot is small, but should be enough for all rooms if they only bring 1 car. Breakfast was sent to the room. Restaurant available but due to covid, they also do ala carte breakfast. Food taste was good. Wi-fi both in lobby and room area also lame, and each room will has a nokia mobile phone because no landline installed. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel itself was very good. We especially liked that our early check-in could be accommodated. The staff were very helpful. We found the breakfast to be excellent with lots of choice. One morning we had to be out very early to visit Mt Bromo, so we requested a breakfast box which had a good selection of food inside it. The grounds were very pretty, with lots of ponds and fish, and the pool looked good. Downsides were that the location wasn't very central to Batu so a taxi was needed. We were there two nights, and one morning there was a wedding which seemed to dominate the pool and breakfast area in the morning. Not a deal breaker for us, but annoying if we had planned an early morning dip!

This is the first time I have visited this most unique hotel in Batu City, it turns out that there are several types of new rooms offered, namely Superior and Deluxe floor 6, and Executive on floor 7, with a choice of views overlooking the city, or facing Batu Secret Zoo, and these are what is interesting for me is being able to stay at a hotel while feeling a sensation like staying the night in the middle of a forest with various animal sounds. With prices between 500 s.d. 900, it seems that it is quite whorted to stay here, you can immediately take a trip to Batu Secret Zoo and the Animal Museum.

This hotel in the heart of the Stone city is lovely. It has some buildings with many rooms but there is no elevator because the shape of this hotel is widen not high. The pool is a cool facility that is very popular, the water is so stable for a long time. The room is clean and there is a terrace outside the room, the bathroom is also clean. The morning breakfast is delicious with a variety of delicious dishes. It can be moved here again, but the access to the hotel is a bit small.

I visited arjuna hotel at 28 September 2019 with my family. The services of the hotel is very excellent. The room rate is very affordable. The location of the jotel is very strategic because its nearby some tourism object ie: jatim Park 1 until 3, Onsen, and Batu Night Spectacular (BNS)
