Hotel is located at town centre.shopping mall is nearby.Big room except a bit dusty on the floor and cupboard and dressing table.cleanliness need to be improved.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is a 5-minute walk to KTCC and is very convenient for eating and shopping. There are many local restaurants right outside the hotel with very affordable prices. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is very comfortable, the hot water is big enough, and the air conditioner works normally without making any noise. We stayed here one night before going to Redang Island and were very satisfied. We stayed here again for another night when we came back to Terengganu.
