Hotel is very near to the Harbour Bay ferry terminal and newly renovated . Room and the balcony is huge and clean. The only downside is the door doesn’t shut properly . There’s a small gap between the door frame . There’s a massage place too at the hotel and service is very good.
Will consider to stay in again on my next trip to Batam .

Room space was okay, however the bedsheets were quite dusty with some small stains on them, and the toilet seat had fresh piss stains on them when we checked in, a few flies and mozzies, was hoping for it to be a bit better than this.

The location is in the integrated tourism area of the Harbor Bay international port, easy to get food starting from restaurants (seafood, Padang, etc.), surrounded by 3 minimarkets, morning bakery (famous coffee shop). Delicious food with a fresh view of the Harbor Bay area but not many menu choices. The hotel looks a little old but is well maintained.
