Great guest relation service. Friendly and helpful staff at concierge, front desk, restaurant, spa, and pick up service. Guest relation officer, Joices, was assigned to take care of our 3 days' stay. Personal text communication before our arrival to make arrangements for the complimentary pick up from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal and any specific requirements that we may need. We enjoyed our stay at AP PREMIER HOTEL.
