Good location less than 5 min from Harbour Bay ferry terminal. Very cheap fares from Grab all less than IDR20,000 to all 3 majar shopping malls, the Grand Batam Mall, Batam City Square and Nagoya Hill mall.
It's value for money when stay in during off season, I pay Rp500k for a large 48m2 deluxe double room with good breakfast.
There is a Pacific food court with live music beside. 👍👍👍
