We stayed in apartment 1, the positive is having a separate bedroom to lounge area, being in the heart of Bath, but it did have its downfalls. I had to call reception upon arrival to provide new bedding, as the bedding for the sofa bed (provided in a bag) was severely stained. Reception were reluctant at first (advised housekeeping had left) but a kind lady did sort this out promptly and was apologetic. Other negatives: Very warm, poor ventilation, only able to open windows in the lounge (not the bedroom) and very noisy, rubbish trucks constant from 2am onwards on a Monday morning. We also struggled to find out what switches did what, couldn’t turn off the extractor fan in the bathroom which was noisy so ended up using the switch board! If you’re looking to close the roof blind in apartment 1, there is a remote control with the TV controller. Easily missed (as we did) Overall the condition was looking a bit shabby, paint work needs touching up and furniture needs replacing. This place would be so much better with some improvements! Also the toiletries are there for you to try with the intention of buying (£15-£20) we weren’t overly impressed and convinced they had been watered down.
