The Bath House Boutique B&B - in-Room Breakfast - Free Parking

We had a wonderful stay at The Bath House and loved the location as it was an easy walk to the town center. Our room was very clean, quiet, had air conditioning, and a small fridge. The free parking was a plus and the breakfast selection was good. Our hosts, Steph and Sam, as well as the other staff, were very friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent. Everything was clean and best conditions. The breakfast was much better what we have expected. The staff were very helpful.

The Bath House B&B in Bath is located minutes away from the city centre - super convenient walk into town. The house is run by Step and Ben who are so friendly and helpful. They helped us park our car :) and bring up amazing breakfasts to our room in the morning. The room is very comfortable with AC! We are given our own keys to come and go as we like. Bath is wonderful city, highly recommend you take the free 2 hour walking tour that runs daily twice a day by volunteers. (they do not accept tips!) Our trip to Bath was lovely for the 2 nights we were there and thanks to Step and Ben who made it memorable.

What a great find. Having never been to Bath before imagine our delight when we realised everything we wanted to see was between 8 and 13 minute walk ,perfect. Lovely comfortable room , great hosts, really good breakfast and free parking. Bed and pillows perfect for a good sleep. Would definitely return

We stayed at The Bath House Boutique for 4 nights and found it to be an excellent stay. For the below reasons 1. The location was perfect to explore Bath and within walking distance to the train station if you want to take the 11-minute journey into Bristol 2. Onsite parking, which is hard to find in Bath, was ideal. We parked our car up and didn't think about it until we left. It was there if we wanted to use it though. 3. Sam and Steph, the hosts, were excellent. Friendly and attentive but left you be to enjoy your stay. Exactly what we were looking for. 4. The room was such a lovely space, clean, well decorated and great to relax in after a day out. The bed was comfortable and good quality, so we slept really well which is unusual for me when travelling. 5. Breakfast was really well organised. You select from the menu and hang on your door before 8pm the night before, selecting your time. It's delivered to your room the next morning and the choice is extensive and great quality. 6. If you need anything topped up for your room, you simply write on the card on your door and it's done! All in all, this was an excellent choice in Bath, and when we return, we will be staying here again. We highly recommend The Bath House Boutique! Thanks for a great stay.

On a Jane Austen-inspired trip to Bath, my mother and I chose to stay at the elegant and centrally located Bath House. From the first greeting to the final farewell (which included having a taxi called to take us to the station), we were enchanted. The twin room was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. We loved the gorgeous decor and lovely view of Bath from our window. The breakfasts were personalized with an easy check-off list ordering system, and Sam and Steph were friendly, attentive and organized. We were able to walk to all attractions (Jane Austen Centre, Royal Crescent, Roman Baths and Bath Abbey) within five minutes, and we loved every moment of our stay. I highly recommend this lovely, serene and pleasant bed and breakfast run by thoughtful and detail-oriented staff. What a treat!
