Ik verbleef 10 dagen in Lamp Post Villa in Bath. De nieuwe, vriendelijke eigenaar doet er onvermoeibaar alles aan om zijn gasten te woord te staan en te helpen waar het maar nodig is. Fijne, schone kamer en badkamer. Gezellige ontbijtruimte (selfservice) Lamp Post Villa ligt vlakbij een busstation met rechtstreekse verbinding naar Bristol. (vliegveld). Deze B&B is een aanrader, ook wat de prijs betreft. Ik zal hier zeker en graag terugkomen.

Booked a quadruple room for 1 night. Very comfy beds, lovely duvet and pillows. Towels and some toiletries provided. Fabulous location for Robbie Williams concert at The Royal Crescent and not expensive. However, toilet flush was faulty on arrival. We called and reported this and were told someone would be there 'straight away'. No-one came. It is unacceptable to leave 4 guests with an unflushable toilet even for an overnight stay! Also light over bathroom basin didn't work.

MOULDY!! Black mould Brown mould. Dust on every surface including inside heater. Stained bedding. Food stains on the walls. Spent night coughing. Tried to contact owner multiple times next morning but didn’t answer his phone. Had to check out. Unfortunately paid for in advance for three nights - still waiting for refund six months later. DON’T stay here! TRAVELODGE by the canal so much better - clean! Friendly, on site staff. Don’t book through Oyo either - they are useless (One star to leave a review) My sister was also ripped off - booked two separate rooms but only given one

Wonderful staff. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The light in our bathroom broke down and they couldn’t move us as they were fully booked. They gave us torches to use and treated us to dinner in the restaurant.

Didn’t realise it was a B&B when I booked it. Was happy with the stay regardless. It had what we needed and it was clean and tidy. Management was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the shower head really lacked pressure.

The absolutely WORST B&B stay if you can even call it that, the place was covered in paint & building dust, the blind was hanging off, the carpet was disgusting, we called immediately on entering the room to complain and the man who directed us to the property, who then said he was 'a middle man' said we could have a refund, were now trying to get that refund and surprise, surprise, he wont answer his phone or emails & is nowhere to be seen, stay away & go elsewhere!

Problems finding key holder to allow access, then found previous occupant was still in the room so had to go away and return later. Then had to wait again to get into office where we’d had to leave our bags. Staff very nice though.
