A very good hotel. A welcome card and red wine were given when checking in. Cheese, small biscuits with cheese and fig jam were given when checking out. Drinks and beer in the refrigerator were free. The room was cleaned very clean every day. Bottled water and glasses were placed on the bedside before going to bed every day. A lipstick and a sleep-aid fragrance were placed in the corner of the quilt. It is said that this is the only hotel with natural hot springs in Bath. The hot spring feels very good. Gifts were given on Christmas Eve. The service was very good. You can soak in the hot springs in the morning and evening. There is a sauna room. The hot breakfast is not self-service. Bad review. I ordered avocado toast but the bread was hard. It would be better to have a traditional English breakfast.
