Well appointed and clean hotel room, extremely close to Bath Spa train station and the Bath Abbey and Roman Baths. Can’t fault it.

The location is very good, suitable for train travel / travelers with large luggage. It is a 5-minute walk from the train station. The room view is also good, and the service staff is also very friendly. It is also close to Abbey, the main street in the city center, and Sally Lunn. It is very convenient and recommended.

Poor service, and the guests were temporarily moved to a lower-grade hotel, which made the guests feel scared! I would give up all the Indigo hotels in the world! It's really unpleasant!

My teammate had a knee injury and needed to use a wheelchair. After communicating this with the hotel front desk, they coordinated an accessible room for me. Since the room was not ready when I checked in, I left my luggage at the concierge. When I returned to the hotel later, the luggage had been placed in the room, and the front desk personally guided us to the door of the room.
The room was the best during the entire trip to the UK, with a large bed, two separate sofas, and free snacks and drinks in the minibar. Since it was an accessible room, the bathroom was also large.
The breakfast seemed to cost 20 pounds, and I didn't choose to eat in the restaurant.

The room was very beautiful! A lot of thought went into the design. We arrived early and left our luggage at the front desk. We went out for a walk and when we came back, the waiter took us to the room and found that our luggage was already in the room. It was an unexpected surprise.
