Excellent location. rooms faultless. lots of extras, eg soap shampoo etc. mattress too firm for wife, fine for me. would go again. Nice courtyard to sit in if weather permits, super warm rooms, shower excellent, communication on point. two mins walk to Bathes.

Be careful before you book here. My partner made a reservation at this property for our 3 year anniversary celebrations. Really unfortunately, it was unsafe for us to travel to Bath for our booking due to the effects of Storm Ciarán. Due to this reservation being non-refundable, we lost all of the money we had saved towards this special occasion. Just a gentle warning: Even in a state of national emergency that is completely out of your control, you will not receive your money back, and the property will refuse to move your booking. Nothing will be actioned for you, even if no service at all is provided by the property. We're positive that this would be a lovely place to stay, but we are exceptionally unimpressed with the lack of sympathy paid to our particular situation.

Poorly maintained facilities. Good location but poor customer service and poorly maintained facilities. Reception via remote telephone and ipad system and not answered to enable us to complain. Shower door broken and hanging off hinge and so does not close properly. Shower not clean. Shower control stud missing on handle and therefore difficult to turn on/off. Shower corner corroded and dirty. TV control did not work in lounge. Austere and dark lounge not at all like the photos. Lounge window next to bin store and people looking in. Blind on door fitted to frame and not on door so has to be would up each time you use the front door to apartment and so when bedroom door open no privacy. Check in on ipad cumbersome and screen difficult to read and could not be used to check out. I have added pictures to my review so you can see the issues above.

What could have been a good stay, got completely ruined by very aggressive and unprofessional behaviour of the staff. There is no reception, no staff you can meet, you can only call the reception from room intercom. In hot summers you will feel very hot and claustrophobic in the night. On positive side, rooms are very well appointed, clean and pleasant looking.

We enjoyed staying here during our trip to Bath. It was easy to find, check-in, and get around town. The hotel's reception is a computer and the key is an electronic card...it feels like you live there autonomously. It's located near the Roman Baths and other important places including restaurants, Bath Abbey, museums, pubs, and the train station. It was very easy to get around and walk the beautiful historic city. It's literally a hidden gem, you don't know it's there unless you know it's there. The flat is very clean, modern, and spacious to stretch out. There is even a community washer/dryer you can use at no cost, however you may have to wait your turn as there is one. They also have a locked closet to store your luggage after check-out if you need a few hours to walk about before your train time. They even have a service to remove your rubbish/recycle everyday. Replacing sheets and towels are an added cost within 5 days, so we called to cancel it as we didn't want anyone in our room while we weren't there. The coffee maker is a very small Nespresso that only makes a mug or two, but delicious and they have extra pods in the wash room. The kitchen is fully furnished. There is no AC, but the weather in May was so pleasant and we left the windows open for fresh air, and it was perfect. We would highly recommend staying here as this was the best stay on our England 10 day travels.

Exceeded our Expectations & Fab Location! From arrival with an easy check in via a QR code and immediate welcome call checking everything was up to standard from the lovely accommodations team - our stay was perfect. My boyfriend and I paid for early check in and late check out (highly recommend as we arrived at 1pm and left at 11.30) - even though late check out is until 12.30 (this is only an additional £10 fee for each). The kitchen had everything you could need and more including coffee machine, knives, pans, kitchen roll, chopping boards and a generously sized electric hob. The bed was very comfortable and both the bedroom and seating area were clean to my high standards. The bathrooms were newly renovated and very swanky. Equipped with all cowshed products (one of my favourites) and the shower was lovely. Temperature wise in the apartment, this was also easily adjustable and there was also an AC provided should you wish to plug it in. As for location - I cannot say enough good things about it; you have the centre of Bath on your door step with easy access through the two key cards they give you. Overall a lovely place to stay and we will be returning.
