White Guest House

Very comfortable and lovely stay for our weekend trip. Would absolutely stay here again.

First visit to Bath and came across this guest house via online booking site. It's a close, easy 10 minute walk from the station down a quiet residential road. We had the twin room on lower floor. It was cosy, comfortable, practical and had everything we need. A great size with table and chairs for in-room continental breakfast. Steve, the owner, is lovely. He greeted us warmly, introduced us to the facilities and took an interest in our tourism choices, pinpointing us to a variety of information.. even where we may be able to get our live band music fix locally!! His attention to detail made our stay even better, right down to replacing the particular cereal we enjoyed eating every morning. We loved our stay and didn't want to leave! Would definitely recommend and will be looking to book again.

Lovely host and lovely en-suite room. Was stocked with plenty of snacks, tea, coffee, even had milk and OJ in the fridge. One of the better guest houses I’ve visited on this trip.

Steve was an excellent host. The room was clean and spacious. The property was in an easy to access area. We were able to get to everything in Bath we needed.

Cute, and good location I really liked the joint. I forget the host's name but he was cool and gave some good tips about the city. The room was one of four I believe in the property and he lives next door. It was homely, like being a guest in a friend's house and having a nice little room there. I liked the heater for the mattress. I liked the little odds and ends for breakfast. I liked the little extras that you get with being in a room that's a guest house that you don't always get elsewhere. I also liked the location a lot. It's just on the other side of the river and a bit south of the city centre. About 10-12 minute walk. This meant it was far enough away from the noise and in a quiet little street. It also had good access to the south of the city past the river where there is a nice park and some good cafes and restaurants. There's nothing to complain about really, I recommend this place for anyone visiting Bath, it's not called a guest house for nothing, you do really feel like a guest. Nice and comfy.
