We got a family room, the fold out bed was not made and the quilt was dirty/stained. The staff changed the room for us and this time is was Ok. Cutlery at breakfast had to be wiped down before use. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was close to the Centre

The hotel staff are extremely unfriendly! I had already notified the late check-in before arriving. Due to flight problems, I could not reserve a room for the guest, wasting one night's room money. Requested compensation for one night's stay but no follow up was given.
