It was a very pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. The room was generally clean but the reason why I gave four for cleanliness is because the pillow was somehow a bit dusty.
One thing to address was that at times the lift smelled bad and the corridor we stayed on smelled as if someone was smoking in the room. I understand tho guests’ behaviour is sometimes not necessarily under their control. Hence, it didn’t affect my ratings.
I would definitely stay again because it was good value for money!

Great stay in central location. Upgraded to a VIP room. Only issue was that breakfast items ran out and weren’t topped up despite being early enough.

Great location, staff were fantastic and breakfast was due to finish at 9.30 and because it was busy they kept it going until everyone had a chance to eat
