Batam Center Hotels with Pools

I don't even know how to begin... overall, the service staff were very friendly. We knew the hotel was old so we were expecting the worst but got a newly renovated room instead and that was nice. But the renovation felt incomplete with a number of issues / poorly done, and weird things like a very very rusty shower soap rack (because it's clearly newly renovated, why is it rusty???). Amenities wise there's a hair dryer, 2 bottles and complimentary coffee and tea packets. Nothing in minibar. Room was spacious, but the safe was spoilt and way too small (barely can keep iPad level small). There's only one door lock and no extra chain lock on the door. I mean I didn't feel unsafe unsafe but at the same time I knew it was not really safe. The water turned a bit brown for about 3 minutes the first night (we suspect rust?) but didn't appear any more after. Drainage was okay but can be improved. Towels were stained and bedsheets not pristine. It's beside a school, so expect some noise if your staying in the morning on weekdays. There was also an air freshener in the room that went off every hour (literally every hour throughout the night) but I'm pretty 100% sure there was nothing in the air freshener. The weirdest part was the outside of the hotel - not the hotel property itself but the road leading up to it. It seemed completely abandoned and like it could collapse anytime. Overall - would not stay again but if no other choice, can make do. Paid about $160 for 3 nights.

Excellent Stay at Harmonie one I had a fantastic stay at Harmonie one Hotel. The twin Room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt brand new, offering a clean and comfortable environment. What truly stood out was the warmth and hospitality of the hotel staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist, making the entire experience feel welcoming and seamless. The level of service provided was genuinely impressive. Overall, my stay was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend KSL Hotel to anyone seeking comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service. I will definitely return for another stay!

Good place for a quick overnight stay as it is very near the batam ferry centre. Also near to the batam centre megamall which is good for clothes shopping and dining options. Staff are energetic, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet includes a morning dance performance by staff and a birthday cake slice and song if it is your birthday, which we found interesting. Breakfast buffet is replenished constantly. Rooms are cozy and shower is good, with good temperature control on shower heater. Soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste are provided. Welcome drinks are also given at check in, and signing up for a membership will entitle you to a set of gift juice drinks and some gift chocolates. Customer service is good.

The location is great, close to the beach, and the price is right. This time it was a business trip. I chose the apartment for half a day because of its location and cost-effectiveness. It is very fast to get to other places in Batam. The key is that the ferry terminal is next door, which is very convenient to Singapore.

I travelled with my dad for a 2 day 1 night trip to Batam. Upon arriving at the Radisson Golf and Convention Center Hotel via Grab, it took about 15 minutes from Batam Center. The reception check in was seamless, and the staff were very polite. However, the lift sensor didn't work very well when pressing the button. The amenities were good, but it would be great to include items such as a comb or cotton buds. This wasn't my first time staying here, but I hope for some upgrades of the bathroom or better cleaning, as noticed some signs of aging. Hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was impressive. Additionally, the massage services at the hotel were excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at Batam Panbil Residence Serviced Apartments' Penthouse! The apartment was spacious and luxurious, with stunning views. The Eco Edu Park was an educational delight for my family and me, allowing us to interact with animals like Sambars deers, peacocks, and parrots. Kayumerah Restaurant served exquisite cuisine in a beautiful forest setting, made even more special by the rain. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Zulkarain and Riki Desuanto for their outstanding service. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable.
