Link House

Brilliant! Our second time staying here and loved it. A fantastic house in a great location ran by a lovely couple. The room was a great size and spotlessly clean with everything you need as well as thoughtful little extras. Breakfast is superb, plenty of parking, easy access to the lake as well as a pub which is only about 5 mins walk whilst it isn't far to drive to Keswick either.

A wonderfully warm and welcoming place to stay Link House is a welcoming beautifully located place to stay. Peter and Katie have created a warm and attentive atmosphere. They have an eye for detail and excel in hosting. The whole house was wonderfully clean, tastefully decorated and comfy. Breakfasts were lovely too! We definitely recommend a stay at Link House if heading to the Keswick area.

Lovely place to stay We had a fantastic 2 night stay here. The couple who own it are lovely and very friendly. The room was a good size, clean, bright & airy and we had a beautiful view looking out towards the mountains. Breakfast was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for this couple.

I have stopped at Link House in October ever since Pete and Katie took over from the previous owners, over the years it has always a pleasure to stop there, nothing is too much trouble and a friendly welcome is always there, the high standards that they set have been the same year after year and long may they continue.

The hosts of Link House, Katie and Pete were so friendly, helpful and regardful of our needs. We really enjoyed very tasty home cooked breakfasts, many options were available, including vegetarian and gluten free food. We stayed in a very clean, cosy and comfortable room - we slept well in the large double bed. In the room is a fan and extra heater should you feel too hot or cold. There is a high ceiling and large windows with a mountain view, very comfortable armchairs. There is a nice garden with picnic tables and a good private car park at the back for about seven cars. The post code will take you exactly outside the B&B - 2nd last house on the right. You should see the house sign just after the tree out front (see pic).

A really lovely B & B with wonderful decor in beautiful surrounding & excellent hosts. Stayed with a friend - single room was perfect & very comfortable. Breakfast one of best we’ve had anywhere, really high quality full English. We used the car but bus stops into Keswick & beyond few yards from property. It was a very peaceful few days.
