The Receptionists Jenny and Ceri. Oh where do I start. Amazing staff members, they are the funniest and most welcoming people I have met in a long long time. So that put me in the best mood, especially being in the road for 5 hours. We had an early check kn, that was nice and quick and quiet. The rooms were clean and fresh, needs a bit of an update, but the bed was so comfortable, pillows were a dream. The only downfall were boy racers in the car park, but I put my fan on and it drowned out the noise. Will be back again soon.

Do not waste Ur time going here unless better off sleeping under a bridge would probably be cleaner and quieter absolutely shocking place to stay as for the staff I thought U needed person skills to work a reception clearly not customers are a inconvenience they would rather sit on phone or talk to people outside

This hotel is in a great location for enjoying Festival Leisure Park - there are lots of options for eating out. Also in short walking distance of Gloucester Park. Staff are very friendly and helpful, I had a great experience with Myra

Never stayed in hotel before in uk and was very surprised Was very cosy and clean and the receptionist were lovely there was a lovely Scottish lady but I didn’t catch her name on arrival and the next day Jenny who made it all more a comfortable stay and was very funny

I needed some documents done and Myra was very helpful showing me what to do (I'm not very good at these things) On arrival' myra was so lovely and welcoming. I have stayed here many times and is a favourite hotel for me. I would definitely recommend.

Just don't bother. Noisy, dirty/stained towels, smelly drains, no shower gel. Only booked as an emergency cos the M25 was buggered

Stayed here on a work trip, great customer service,especially from Myra...lots to do for all the family and plenty of places to eat and drink all on the doorstep.

Untidy on the outside, with one sign totally missing and one faded. Inside adequate. Nice staff. Hot rooms in summer.
