Nice place to stay over night , doesn’t have any local shops nearby , but it is not a problem. Such as many restaurants within 10 min walk

Booked 4 nights, only lasted 2. ROOM 220. Rooms 29'c all day/night. Powerful but very dirty fan for "cooling" Window opens an inch, with fly net in front of it. 4am first morning, i needed to get outside for air, 2nd night my son went to reception at 3am to ask for another fan and was refused. Asked for a bed change after 1st night and while the room was tidied up and towels replaced, the bad was not changed. Courtney and Hannah? Were really helpful. We didn't bother with £11 breakfasts, Greggs was a 5 min drive away! Managed to get our 4th night cancelled, now the fight starts to get the rest of our stay refunded. #GoodNightGuarantee

The rooms were at one point 30 degrees. The fan was not up to the job. Continental breakfast turned into ask for the items because everything had run out. But staff where there just eating there toasted crumpets. While customers had to ask. Really. Not good enough.

Absolutely the worst Premier Inn ive ever stayed in! ( and ive stayed all over the country) we got here, and had a family room booked for 4, gets to the room, 2 mugs and only enough tea / etc for 2 people, and a really limescale dirty kettle! Room 30 degrees no air conditioning, windows only open a couple of inches and 2 fans that just circle hot air! Even after showering your a hot mess trying to get ready in such heat! Asked for the room to be made up, after night 1, came back no new hand towel or bath mat! Also breakfast we had on the first morning, was dry under heat lamps, for a premier inn its nothing lile your normal breakfast you get! Run out of this and that, its a weekend for goodness sake, it should be fully stocked! Location is awful down near the back of warehouses all overgrown bushes etc and a carpark full of glasses and bottles from the pub next door! I informed staff on reception who werent bothered just said " oh it will be from the pub!" PLEASE DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY TRY THE TRAVELODGE INSTEAD LOCATED ON FESTIVAL PARK, WE DEFINITELY WILL NEXT TIME!

The bed was as expected very comfortable, they had no room was nice , clean and the shower was good. The overall smell of musky staleness throughout the corridor was not great. The breakfast was extremely bad which is surprising for premier inn has. Would I stay again probably not. We were awoken early in the morning by the fire alarm and had to evacuate the hotel, but no member of staff explained what was happening or what procedures we should take. On arrival the receptionist was very kind and helpful

Beds are lovely! I did have an issue but was positively dealt with by the professional and friendly approach from Lee and Courtney. Angie in the breakfast was very friendly and couldnt do more for me. All three people helped make my stay great!

Courtney, Suzi, Eammon all amazing helpful happy staff and nothing was too much trouble, anything to make our stay happy such nice people and we would return simply for these people who made our stay so much better. Housekeeping amazing very clean rooms, they also deserve a mention as well. Overall very happy with this premier inn and will definitely stay again when in the area.
