Self-check-in, no customer service at night. For the convenience of business trips, the overall is average, nothing special.

The room was great, but the soundproofing was not very good, and the sound of the next door could be clearly heard... The episode was check out and found that there was a dinner on my head, but I took out the list and it was not my room number. The front desk apologized. Overall very good

Across the street from Basel Train Station, the Baroque architecture is very pleasing to the eye. The bedding is comfortable and hygienic, and the breakfast is very good. The production, taste and variety are excellent, better than the average European hotel. Freshly squeezed juice and salmon are provided. It is the most pleasant breakfast among all the hotels in Europe. Very good!

The hotel has a long history and is in an excellent location. It is at the bridge of the Old Town Bridge. The bridge is the old town. It is a tram station that is tens of meters away. The hotel restaurant faces the Old Town across the Rhine and has a superb view. The restaurant has a high menu and good value for money. The room is very good and the family room is the same as the suite. Recommend friends to choose to stay. The right side of the picture below is the hotel. Figure 7 and Figure 8 are a bird's-eye view of the hotel from the opposite side of the river, and the rest are photographs of the old city in the direction of the hotel restaurant.

All parts and rooms of the hotel are full of history, exquisite decoration, exquisite supplies, and the hygiene and environment are very good. The service is proactive, thoughtful and meticulous, the highest level in Basel.

I’m travelling with family of 8ppls and staying in this hotel for 2nights. Out of 4rooms, all 3 rooms with issue like smelly room (like dead body inside the room), only one lightbulb is working, door knob got issue, stuffy room.. too many issue that we don’t know where shud we start to complaint. Old hotel and need a lot improvement. Check in staff is friendly. Breakfast consider average. No photo because nothing to shot out with.

The room was spacious, the design was comfortable and there was a free Minibar. Breakfast was well prepared and the staff was friendly. Located in the center, there would be a little party music at night.

It takes about five minutes to walk to the city center. The hotel staff is very friendly. The room is large and very comfortable. There are relatively many breakfast options. Overall very satisfied.

The room is poorly soundproofed, and the floor upstairs creaks when stepped on. It's speechless. It's the first time I booked a self-check-in. The gate requires a password to enter. There is no check-in guide when booking on Ctrip. I waited for a long time until someone opened the door and slipped in. Ctrip asked the hotel agent but there was no response. Fortunately, there were other people in the restaurant who kindly gave me directions. There is a shared kitchen. 700 yuan is not bad, right? The socket of this one is small, and the power ***** cannot be used. I used this when I went to France before. Fortunately, their USB can be used, so it dealt with it for one night.
