El jacuzzi (Piscina) estaba sucio. El uso de este es considerado bajo reserva, sin embargo esta no es respetada por los otros huéspedes y el personal del hotel no lo hace respetar. La limpieza en la habitación no fue la mejor, había polvo bajo las camas y las almohadas no eran cómodas.

I stayed with my girlfriend for a couple of days. The hotel is very nice and well located. The rooms are comfortable, and the building is very well maintained. My only observation would be in regard to the food options. There is only 1 restaurant with a limited Perú menu for lunch and dinner, that’s it. Why would they choose Peruvian food for a hotel in Colombia instead of local food? The only other option is the snack bar which is good but again, it’ll the food options feel very limited. Other than this I was very happy with this hotel.
