Where to start with our stay here! There is no reception and the entire building is locked up. The only contact is a mobile number for a man who you never see in person. He ‘sends somebody out’ to hand you a key. I had parked in the car park in a disabled bay displaying a valid disabled badge. The woman sent out told me to move my car, despite it being the only disabled bay. Apparently they were expecting a mini bus. The booking states no reservations can be made for parking. She made me speak to the same man, apparently the owner on the phone, who ordered me to move my car and I was not given a key until I had agreed. Despite already having paid for the reservation. On entering the room via a stinking hallway passing public toilets we found it to be freezing and damp with visible mould on the walls, peeling paper and cracks. Nothing like that advertised on the website. We complained that it was not fit to be let and were given a fan heater to warm the room and no change of room. On returning to the room late the second day we found no housekeeping had been done. A lady then rushed in and washed the cups in the bathroom sink rather than replace for clean and topped up the condiments on the dirty floor. There is no office, reception, or anywhere to speak to anybody if there’s a problem and we were actually ordered out of the disabled parking bay for two large builders transit vans which then blocked the entrance to the alleyway access. Neither displayed disabled badges. This place is appalling. I contacted booking . Com for a refund and the owner told them we had been offered a room change as soon as we complained. This is untrue as the establishment was fully booked and had no spare room. Due to this untruth I received no refund. Avoid this place at all costs, it’s a waste of money, there is no regard for disabled or the state of the rooms being let. If I had been there alone I would not have felt safe in the slightest.

This business is NOT closed . It has transitioned from a restaurant with rooms to a fully serviced accommodation led business . ROOMS ONLY. Comfy, clean and great value. It is a room away from home. Lovel;y shoer and really lovely beds, in a great location, just off the high street. 15 min walk to High Barnet tube station. lots of local restaurants near by .

We were looking for somewhere for lunch and by chance came across Savoro tucked just behind the High Street, if you were in a car you'd miss it. Fresh Fish on the chalkboard Menu. We started with Chicken Ceaser Salad, wonderful with the Chicken still warm, followed by Mullet with new potatoes; cooked to perfection. Sadly, as I was driving, wine was not an option but the list looked quite good. Staff friendly, efficient, and not intrusive. Strongly recommended.

A well furnished, comfortable room, with spacious bathroom fitted to a high spec; everything very clean. Nice welcome via the restaurant on arrival. Quiet side entrance for access when the restaurant is closed. The only very small downside (but of no matter) was they don't do breakfast there; but there are lots of nice cafes very close by offering breakfast very early (inc Sunday AM), Overall, a good value room, very comfortable. Would recommend and also stay there again.

We spent a night at Savoro while visiting family in the area. The hotel is in a great location, close to the High Street yet tucked slightly off the road. We arrived a little early but were shown to our room and everything explained re keys, access when the restaurant was closed etc. by the friendly and welcoming staff. The room was lovely, beautifully decorated, though not huge. We had bottled water, biscuits, coffee, tea etc available. The room was quiet despite it being Fri night. There is no option for breakfast but that's fine as there are so many lovely little coffee shops literally on the doorstep or even Waitrose close by. The parking area is not huge, maybe 6 car spaces, but we had no problem parking nor getting out in the morning. We thought it was good value for money. If we need accommodation in the area in the future I will definitely check if they have any availability and return.

Me and my wife stayed here last weekend while in London going to a gig at Tottenham's stadium. We checked in around 4pm and were given a quick talk through of all we needed to know. Our room was upstairs and overlooked the car park. It was a big room, very clean and had a large ensuite with a bath/shower. Towels, shower wash, hand wash etc all included. The room had a TV, kettle, tea/coffee, biscuits etc. It was very bright due to so many windows which was nice during the day but with the bright early mornings, there's no escaping it in here. The blinds didn't block much, but to be honest, it didn't bother me much. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant unfortunately so can't comment on this side. Check out was at 11am. The car park has 5 or 6 spaces. If it was full then a couple of cars would probably struggle to get out. This wasn't an issue on our visit. To get to the car park you need to drive out of the road which leads to the front of the restaurant. Turn right. Right again after the car wash, right and right again. You'll get to a gated private drive, the car park is sign posted to the right hand side. The hotel/restaurant is just off the high street so there are tonnes of other places to eat/drink etc too. We had a very good stay.
