Hotel location is very good, 10 minutes walk from the subway station, there are supermarkets, fruit shops and some restaurants nearby, can you feel the life of the locals. The room is a bit small, and the box is not open after opening.

The room is great, the surrounding is quiet and suitable for rest. Especially the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. One room with 3 beds can accommodate 4 people, which is very friendly for family travel. Check-in is convenient and quick, and the hotel also has charging plugs suitable for Chinese tourists🔌. It's also a 5-minute walk from the subway station. Like 👍

We stayed as we were going to a family party nearby therefore the location was perfect. The young man that greeted us and took us to our rooms was very polite and informative.
The room was very clean comfortable bed and tea / coffee making facilities very welcoming after a long journey.
The bottle of water was very much appreciated as We always have water for bed and can't usually get it in the hotels.
Breakfast was very tasty cooked to our satisfaction and plenty of it. 10/10
There was just one complaint which could not have been foreseen by the owners of the hotel and that was noisy quests we think were in room one next to my niece and her family we could also hear them in our room which was no.10 loud singing and music until the very early hrs of the morning. Just a suggestion if the hotel does not have anyone on hand at night maybe a telephone no. Could be allocated in case of emergency or disturbing residents.

GGuest UserThe location was very close (5 minutes) to both train and bus stations. The guest house was clean and the staff was very friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast area overlooks a lovely garden.The continental breakfast was very good. We would certainly come back. Many thanks to Jackie, she was very nice and helpful!

22ubroYes, the bed was very comfortable. It's just that the alarm clock at check-out was very scary. I thought it was a fire alarm... I was shocked. Everything else is quite good, the surrounding area is relatively remote, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the train station.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip. While the room itself was nice and the location superb, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff, particularly two individuals from the reception team(both was indian guys), were rude and unhelpful. Despite the hotel’s policy clearly stating that room service was available, I was told repeatedly to “come down” instead of receiving the assistance I needed. My team had booked an executive room, expecting a premium level of service, but the attitude and unwillingness to help made for an unpleasant experience. For a business traveler expecting professionalism, this fell well short. Would not recommend if you value good customer service.

SShanshanThe room is very clean, the bed is very soft and comfortable, I especially like sleeping on a soft bed, the toilet is cleaned very clean from every angle, you can use it with confidence, the landlord is very enthusiastic, since I don't speak English, he patiently explained and gestured, trying his best to make me understand what he meant, my suitcase is heavy, he also helped me to take it to the 3rd floor, thank you for your hard work, I wish your business is prosperous!
