因為巴爾瑙爾比較小，所以酒店的選擇性也比較小，酒店位置在市中心，房間比較小，早餐豐盛，旁邊有好幾家餐廳，還有一家日料。

Я не знаю, кто эти привередливые люди и почему им так не повезло с этим отелем, но у меня был чудеснейший номер Business (411), с прекрасным видом из окна, обстановкой, с идеальной уборкой (я давно не видела таких начищенных кранов, стёкол и зеркал), с прекрасной постелью. Номер действительно стоил тех 5200, что я заплатила. Все, что полагается отелю 4* есть: халат, тапочки, сейф, чайник +принадлежности, холодильник и тд. Мыльно-рыльные в пакетиках, но для меня это не показатель, т.к. часто и в бутылочки такую дешёвый гель для мытья посуды наливают, хоть и выглядит красиво. Гладильную доску принесут по запросу. Завтраки очень приличные, я опять же не понимаю, почему на них жаловались и все время хочется спросить у этих людей: «Что вы там на завтрак едите вообще?». Стандартные континентальные завтраки со стандартным набором. Единственное, что оставило легкий осадок: в отеле странный подход к раннему звезду. Обычный заезд с 12.00, но даже если вы хотите вселиться в 10.00, то вам придётся заплатить 50% от стоимости номера, даже если номер свободен и готов и это всего на час-полтора раньше. Это очень странно, тк в отелях хорошего уровня более лояльны и запускают постояльцев чуть раньше бесплатно. Это называется клиентоориентированность

Забронировала этот отель, так как была возможность раннего заезда, ( это был главный критерий выбора) мы приезжали в Барнаул из Казахстана в 5-6 утра, а получилось даже раньше, приехали в отель в 4:00, нас без лишних вопросов заселили, оплатила ровно ту сумму которая была указана ранее, не смотря на то что получилось больше суток. Сам отель удивил стилем, все настолько подобрано со вкусом, всего в меру, красиво чисто и очень оперативно решался любой вопрос. Завтрак выше всяких похвал.

Была в отеле 4 ночи. Номер отличный, очень чисто, завтраки вкусные хоть и однообразные...НО... персонал на ресепе вел себя просто профессионально и по человечески низко. Осталась в лобби на 30 минут, к ресепу подошла девушка и попросила цитирую: "Узнать о возможности заменить ей сырники в завтраке, т.к. ей такое нельзя." Когда она ушла, персонал все 30 минут поносил клиента!!!Не стесняясь моего присутствия. Узнавать они ничего не собирались и только глумились какие люди нежные пошли, не хочешь не ешь, с ума сойти чего захотела фифа и пр... Это конечно безобразие.

Начну с того, что стандартный номер ну очень маленький. От кровати до санузла буквально 2 шага. Если планируете задержаться больше чем на одну ночь, берите номер больше. В самом номере все очень дешевое. Одноразовые тапочки действительно одноразовые. Гель и шампунь в пакетиках, а не в баночках. Я такие только в самых дешевых отелях видела. Для 4*, конечно, позор класть такую косметику. Ватных палочек и дисков нет. А самая жесть -это матрас. Такого жесткого и неудобного матраса я давно в отелях не встречала, хотя путешествую не мало. После второй ночи, в буквальном смысле не могла встать с кровати. Спина затекла и сильно болела. Завтраки ну очень скромные. На троечку. Спасибо, что можно заказать яичницу, это спасало. В общем, так как проживали в этом «замечательном» отеле 5 дней, пришлось идти в магазин покупать гель для душа и искать, где можно сделать массаж спины, после их «замечательных» матрасов. Персонал приветливый. Все остальное не тянет и на 3*.
