It's the second time we came! The view is allucinating of the depths that give the lake. Beds are comfortable and the equipment is a little incomplete, I think if I came with children I couldn't cook, despite having a kitchen. It has two electric anaphis and the sardine is in bad condition, without bolws, repassers could put more wave to the department, they are economic details that do not make any difference in price and if when we receive the heating. Am writing this on our last night of 4 and sad to be leaving. Everything with our stay here - the setting, inside and out has been perfect. We’ve eaten a lot and everything ordered from the restaurant is delicious, but the real highlight is the staff. They are all so friendly and really seem to care about the guests, thank you. Our room though very close to the public area though peaceful and very comfortable. My only suggestion would be tea/coffee in the rooms as every morning I had to pop out in my pyjamas, but it’s so quiet here I didn’t mind :-)

The complex has a very good location, close to the center if you have a car, the cabins are clean, beautiful, acclimatized at times, and have everything you need to cook. In my case, I went with kids, for summer I would choose another place that has outdoor space. The day is very long and you could enjoy somewhere in the same complex if you do not do full-day excursions. But in winter I guess it must be great. Something very bad and that's why I didn't rate it with 5 stars is that I woke up at 7am every day due to conversations in the cabin next door (I literally heard the conversations since the room overlooked the living room) and that the supposed blackout of The room was not blackout and a lot of light came in. There is no physical reception because they are in the other Altos del Nahuel complex, but we communicated when we needed something by WhatsApp and they responded very quickly.
