Excelente y cálido lugar. Servicio muy bueno. Desayuno increíble (el más completo que probé en años). Las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario para una estadía excepcional. Las camas son muy cómodas. Esta cerca del centro. Lo mejor de todo: su increíble vista al lago desde todos los espacios del hotel. Despertas, desayunas, disfrutas de las salas de estar viendo el lago y las montañas de fondo. Una experiencia inigualable. Su patio es el lago, ver el atardecer allí es una de las mejores experiencias. Un dato no menor: podes venir con tus mascotas!!!!! Volvería siempre!

On the water
Good reasonable hotel. Restaurant stands out. Staff are excellent and very accommodating. Elevator is extremely noisy, and sounds like construction/demolition in its operation

El hotel se encuentra en inmejorable ubicación en la orilla del lago Nahuel Huapi y a quince minutos a pie del centro de Bariloche. También paran líneas de colectivos en la puerta que van a Cerro Campanario, playas Bonita y Serena, Llao Llao, Colonia Suiza. La habitación muy amplia, cómoda, con excelente vista al lago y las montañas, si bien no tiene frigobar el hotel cuenta con un dispenser de agua caliente y fría disponible las 24 horas junto al salón donde se sirve el desayuno. Cuenta además con un parque en la vera del lago, común al restaurante, ideal para disfrutar de unos mates a la tarde y una pileta climatizada limpia y con buena temperatura del agua. Excelente atención de todo el personal, los recepcionistas, muy amables siempre predisuestos ante cualquier solicitud o consulta. Destaco también el desayuno, muy completo, como también la limpieza diaria de la habitación.

Muy linda vista
La vista del hotel es muy linda, aunque no directamente hacia el lago, es de un costado y el personal es amable. La regadera no funcionaba bien y cambiaba a más caliente o más fría sin mover ninguna llave.

Lo primero que me ha impresionado de este hotel es la hermosa vista que tiene al Lago Nahuel Huapi. Un lago de origen glaciar con aguas de color azul cristalino. El hotel, alejado del centro para disfrutar del sol y de la tranquilidad de la naturaleza.

Quiero destacar especialmente la atención del recepcionista Ariel, quien fue muy profesional, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier necesidad o consulta. Su dedicación realmente marca la diferencia. Además, las encargadas del desayuno, Carol y Eli, hicieron que cada mañana fuera especial. Siempre estuvieron atentas a los detalles, con una sonrisa y asegurándose de que todo estuviera perfecto. La calidad y variedad del desayuno, junto con su atención, hicieron que fuera un excelente comienzo para cada día. Sin duda, el servicio de este equipo fue excepcional. ¡Muy recomendado!
