Ótimos dias no Pailahue, muita neve. Cabana completa, aconchegante e bem aquecida. Café da manhã completo com muita variedade. Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos, especialmente a Guadalupe que nos ajudou muito com os taxis e pedidos de comida pois não falamos espanhol. Na próxima alugarei um carro para facilitar o deslocamento até o centro. Indico com certeza.

A estadia foi tranquila, quarto confortável, porém o chuveiro não tinha o misturador o que dificultava muito o banho , a cabana tinha uma escada que para crianças pequenas não é tão seguro. O café da manhã bem simples e igual todos os dias . Receptividade boa e localização boa

Pésimo lugar. El estado de las cabañas es muy malo: sin mantención, múltiples roturas, mal estado de conservación. Olor a humedad. Mala iluminación. Lo único que se corresponde con las fotos publicadas es la piscina. Perdimos el dinero porque era tan malo el lugar que preferimos pagar otro hotel y no quedarnos. Went with my wife and kids the week between Christmas and New Year’s eve. Had a great time. The rooms are in need of renovation but were clean and the staff was really kind and helpful. My son got sick the last day and we were granted a late check out so he could rest longer. Kudos to the manager and her team for such good customer service!

Durante a pesquisa de hotel, observamos uma premiação do Tripadvisor. Levando isso em consideração, tomamos a decisão de escolha. As cabanas são péssimas. Escolhemos uma Cabana com capacidade para 4 pessoas. Decepção total. Não há ventilação ; Pisos frios ; espaço minúsculo; tranca de banheiro quebrada; lençóis de cama encardidos ( totalmente fora do padrão ). Foi nossa pior escolha de hotel até hoje. Não merece premiação. - café da manhã péssimo -Espaço comum legal ( boa piscina e sauna seca ) -funcionários ótimos

Ficamos em uma cabana que comportou muito bem 2 adultos e 2 crianças, com uma cama de casal grande e um sofá cama, bem como uma pequena cozinha de apoio (que é bastante útil pra quem viaja com criança) Limpeza perfeita! A recepção excelente, com funcionários super prestativos e simpáticos! Café da manhã com pães, geleias, ovos,… e uma vista de tirar o fôlego! Fica entre o KM 4 e o KM 5… super bem localizado. Piscina aquecida, sala de jogos e um lindo jardim! Recomendo e, caso volte a Bariloche, repetirei a experiência!

Llegamos a Pailahue un fin de semana de junio con mis hermanas, prima y sobrinas, El lugar es encantador, muy bien ubicado y con vista inmejorable. Nos alojamos en una cabaña de las mas antiguas, de frente al lago con un pequeño jardin privado. las instalaciones son muy comodas, la pileta, el sauna, la sala de juegos logragron que los 3 dias de lluvia fueran mas amenos. Tomar el desayuno, rico y abundante , en ese espacio calido y agradable, es un sueño.
