Lovely mountainside property with amazing view of the mountains and lakes. Small size of the hotel meant we got to know the help and informative staff. Food was terrific. A bit of a drive out of Bariloche but worthwhile for us.

En este hotel se alojó mí hermana con su familia. Les entraron a robar a su habitación, les llevaron todas sus cosas de valor. Nadie se hizo cargo. Un hotel de lujo, que no tenga seguridad ni aporte video de cámaras, que te hace pensar? Se intentaron comunicar con la dueña quien jamás se volvió a comunicar con ellos.. No solo el hecho del robo sino también el.momento de angustia y el horror que vivieron sus hijas. Háganse cargo de todo!! Están esperando respuestas y esto va a llegar a la.justicia!!

ME ROBARON TODO EN ESE HOTEL Y FUERON ELLOS MISMOS! Me entregaron!! Me arrebataron la puerta del patio y no había personal! No tienen seguridad ni cámaras! La gerenta Carolina martini no quiso llamar a la dueña del hotel Ana bello y nunca se comunicó con nosotros ! Tengo dos nenas chiquitas que pasaron el susto de su vida!

En Julio de 2022 llegamos en familia, con reserva pagada en Abril a Carolina Martini. El acceso es muy complicado, había llovido y nevado. Llegamos y nos demoraron en recepción, hasta que apareció la señora Mercedes, encargada o dueña y dijo que nuestra habitación estaba toda llovida y no podían arreglar. En ese momento, muy preocupada hizo llamadas y nos consiguió alojamiento en otro lugar (muy hermoso, pero que no tenía las características que buscábamos, ej: la pileta). Me dijo: "te doy mi número personal, cuando quieras, en el momento que sea, me escribis y siempre serás bienvenido. Disculpas" Hoy, 18/02/25 la contacté, su respuesta fue pasarme el contacto del hotel y desentenderse. Una persona que no honra su palabra. Habla de ella y del alojamiento que administra.
