El personal super servicial y amoroso, siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad. Las habitaciones tienen una vista excelente y son muy amplias y hermosas. No tengo nada malo para destacar, todo estuvo excelente. Lo recomendaría sin dudarlo, y no veo la hora de poder regresar

Un hotel boutique muy lindo en un lugar hermoso. La comida del restaurant espectacular y el trato de todo el personal del hotel muy amable. Tiene spa y servicio de masajes que fue muy bienvenido. La pasamos super, un buen lugar para relajar. Gracias

El hotel es espectacular es un lugar tranquilo bien atendido, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Recomiendo las que tienen vista al lago porque realmente tienen una vista fuera de serie. El desayuno muy completo y las instalaciones muy acogedoras. El día y la piscina temperada son chicos pero cumplen. El Personal que trabaja ahí está siempre atento a dar buen servicio y recomendaciones de los lugares a visitar o para ir a comer. muy recomendable para relajarse después de un dia de muchos paseos.

El hotel es muy hermoso, cálido, con habitaciones super grandes y con vistas al lago, todas de madera y con balcones. Las salas de estar son todas hermosas y con vistas de cuentos. El desayuno es riquísimo, todo casero y hecho en el momento, te lo sirven cuando te sentás en la mesa y podés elegir huevos, yogurt, frutas, tostadas, medialunas caseras, jamón y queso y un café delicioso. El restaurante es riquísimo, íntimo y tranquilo. Ya habíamos ido en 2021 y seguro volveremos. Todos nos atendieron súper amablemente y nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos.

Amamos quedarnos en este hotel, el trato que recibimos fue demasiado cálido, sin la gran atención de Erica y el demás personal no hubiera sido lo mismo. Las instalaciones super lindas, espaciosas y todo muy limpio, la vista al lago es lo mejor al despertar. Sin duda volveremos a quedarnos ahí!!

Que hotel incrível! Voltarei com certeza! De fato, é longe do centro mas era exatamente o que buscávamos, SOSSEGO, REFÚGIO, ruídos somente da natureza, árvores, lago, pássaros, vento…e foi exatamente o que encontramos! Proposta de hotel intimista, poucos quartos e atendimento individualizado. Tudo muito lindo e bem cuidado. Destaque para a cordialidade e atenção da equipe: Esdra, Érika e Lúcia! Tomávamos café da manhã na companhia de pássaros na janela e a vista do lago e dos Andes é espetacular. Sugestões: Café da manhã é muito bom mas poderia ter mais opções. No terceiro dia de hospedagem já fica muito repetitivo. Disponibilidade de garrafa de água nos quartos.

Beautiful location with serene view. We loved the staff especially Ezra and Marilú. They go above and beyond for their guests. The place is a far from the city center but worth the distance because of the views. The food was beyond excellent. Better than all the local restaurants.

Hotel aconchegante, acolhedor, comida maravilhosa e excelentes funcionários. Recomendo muito!!! Fomos muito bem recebidos e sentimos que estávamos em casa. Todos sempre prestativos e educados conosco. Gostaria de voltar sempre. Café da manhã espetacular, almoço e janta também.
