Great accommodations, staff and host. Visited here for a destination wedding and stayed for several nights as a guest, what an unbelievable time! Pictures don’t do the hotel justice, highly recommend. Will definitely plan to visit again.

Daniel es un experto en complacer a sus huéspedes en cualquier cosa que requieran. La hacienda ofrece contacto con la naturaleza y espacio para descansar. Un lugar maravilloso para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza, las habitaciones muy cómodas y aseadas, la comida y la atención de los anfitriones es inmejorable. Es una hacienda mucho más linda de lo que las fotos permiten ver. El hotel queda muy cerca del pueblo en un sector muy tranquilo. Muy recomendable.

No recomendaría la habitación con jacuzzi. Como se puede ver en la foto, el agua estaba muy sucia y llena de hormigas. La respuesta de la gerencia fue quitar las hormigas y esperar que el huésped se empapara en ellas. Culparon al suministro de agua municipal local y no aceptaron responsabilidad por ello. Si no está dispuesto a invertir en un tanque de agua limpia y privado, quizás no debería anunciar un jacuzzi. Su respuesta a la queja fue ofrecer un descuento en la próxima estancia. Pero ¿por qué alguien volvería a un hotel que esconde cosas como ésta antes de reservar? Es un negocio muy desagradable.

El servicio en el comedor es un caos no atienden a nadie y la disculpa es que los meseros están cansados. El menú es muy limitado el café es de pésima calidad teniendo nosotros el mejor café del mundo y si pides uno como en la tarde te lo cobran como si fuera de exportación. Estuvimos en un evento muy importante y recomendaron chef muy regular los pocos platos que ofrecen son costosísimos y muy muy regulares, se come mejor en un restaurante de carretera. El aseo en las habitaciones es deficiente y creo que reutilizan la lencería. No hay una persona que dé explicaciones y atienda los turistas. Los precios son exagerados y no corresponde con la calidad del servicio En términos generales es un sitio que no recomiendo

Una hacienda hermosísima, absolutamente cuidada. La atención de don Ariel y Daniel fueron geniales, personas muy cálidas y especiales. Don Ariel además excelente conversador. Siempre muy atentos a cualquier imprevisto que pudiera presentarse. Muchas gracias ❤️
